This Starbucks Is ran by the most delicious little man. His commitment to customer service is above and beyond. Himself as well as his staff are awesome, and the drinks are yummy..
The staff are incredibly helpful and kind, this is my Starbucks of choice in town for that exact reason. Always fast service too! ?
Asked for no whip and got whip also asked for almond milk and I doubt she did almond because she added whip and gave me the wrong size. definitely let down with the service she said I could wait and she would re make it but what’s the point when I did mobile pick up and it was completely wrong ? other locations in Tulare I never have issues with pick ups
I ordered 2 of the same drink, and one tasted far less sweet. When I said they didn't taste the same, she was very defensive and said she made it and it was correct. I asked her to remake the mocha and she quickly returned. My 71 yr old mother was in the car with me, and she said her White Chocolate Mocha was not the usual taste. I asked the same lady to remake the White Chocolate Mocha and asked to speak to the manager and was shocked she said she was the manager because of her very bad attitude "I keep telling you....the coffee was made correctly! I have been here 4 years!" I asked for a refund for 1 of my coffees - I ordered 3. 1 mocha was good. The remake of my mother's coffee was also good. 1 mocha remained bad and I decided not to ask her to remake. She demanded that I return my coffee before I get a refund. I had already returned 2 and had them re-made. She said, "I am wasting product." I finally got my refund but the experience was so sad that she (as a manager) acted that way in front of two other young employees just watching.
Drinks are expensive and they can't even make them right! The other Starbucks in Tulare are better than this one

Talk about a mess, this location not only forgot that I was in drive through but took so long with orders. When I finally got my drink it was wet and the coffee was spilling. The employee acted like nothing was wrong, I just wanted to leave so I asked for napkins and let it be. I don’t appreciate paying $5+ to not get what I payed for and really bad costumer service.
No medicine balls available because you guys say we have food shortage.. go to store and buy honey ..Really?????
