This sonic was horrible. Waited in line for a while, when we got to the window, we weren’t acknowledged for about 10-15 minutes. Got our two slushies& blast (which was melted). Then waited longer at the window for her to tell us to park while they waited longer for fried pickle& that’s when I asked for a refund on the pickles. Overall we waited in line for over 45 minutes. We tried to be nice because we assumed maybe it was a staffing issue until we saw a lot of people inside working. This was the first time i had requested a refund from a restaurant.This place& staff sucked.
Took 20min to make one order of mozzarella sticks. Watch other cars pull up after me and leave before me. Spoke to the “managers “ Brooklyn and Dill, very unprofessional. Dill made an excuse and said they ran out of cheese sticks, then Brooklyn said they have a high volume of orders to fulfill and I’d just have to wait. They did not give me my receipt after I asked for a corporate number to call. I suggest this place gets some adults in there to manage the children who have no common courtesy or simply respect!
Sonic managers really know how to hire good employees. I've probably only had two or three bad experiences at sonics in 32 years of my life. The Kingsburg Sonic may be the best Sonic that there is in the history of Sonics. Not sure but im pretty positive. If you're traveling down OR up the 99 in California.. Take the Seirra exit here and try this Sonic out for yourself.
Went and ordered icecream, mind you we were the only car when we ordered. Two cars pull up next to us a few minutes later, they both get their food before us. Not going back.
This is the WORST Sonic ever!! Oder was incomplete! Took 20 mins. To complete order!! Not during peak hours!! Train you kitchen staff and who ever expedites, to check order before bringing ot out! To top it off , we ordered from the APP.
Yesss I love Sonic's drinks especially the Cherry Limeade definitely go here.
Went for two shakes and two pretzel twists. Was ignored at the drive up menu. Decided to try drive thru and was ignored for a while. Finally was answered and received good service, and food. Almost left though.
I order tots and a medium drink and iv been here for 20 min........Not even drive through smh
I ordered a hot dog, it was a cool dog, you had a chance and blew it. Sorry.
Their drive thru can be slow, but the strawberry milkshake was bomb
