This is the most disgusting kitchen I've ever seen! I ordered food online. Went to pick it up. They didn't have it ready. They took orders and served them before me and the whole time. I'm looking at this! I will never go there again. It is disgusting!!
I usually like Popeyes chicken but this particular visit in Tulare, California was very disappointing. The chicken breast I had was overcooked, dry to jerkey like texture and very skimpy. The biscuit was hard. I was not impressed.

Had a few awkward moments at this location but overall great service and hard working employees. The food is always great I’ll come here again.
I ordered at 5:29. I did not get my food my order until 6:05. This is ridiculous. Maybe they must of been chasing the chickens out in the back of the store or something then plucked them and fried them. It should not take this long for food. This isn’t 15$ an hour quality work.
Absolutely terrible. My food was cold and when I explicitly asked to not put pickles on my sandwich they did it anyway.When people say that fast food workers don't deserve $15 or more an hour they cite this establishment as the reason why.
It's just simple things that could be improved that would have made the experience better.We did not want cold fries and when we ask for no pickles on our chicken sandwich, give us no pickles.

We ordered through the drive thru, the girl taking our order cut me off in the middle of my order, gave me my total and told me to pull forward. When I got to the window I figured she would read me back my order, no. Started handing me food and half of my order was not there. I had to go inside and finish my order and then had to repay. Terrible service. Some people should not be working in food/customer service!!
