Never fails! I ordered my food online at a certain time and it’s never ready. I always have to wait 15 to 20 minutes and no apology for waiting.
I bourght 1 family meal. On the board it is $29.00. I was charged $33.75. When I wanted to clarify the girl sad the prices are just now changed. On top of all this, she said, are willing to donate 1 dollar, I said ok. she added $1 in two different ways. Instead of 1 dollaar, and ended up paying 2 dollars. The total for this meal I paid 36.45.
The food went down hell big time the noddles are hard and way to much vegetable in the noddles. Orange chicken is hard as will. It's just over priced for what they give u

The rice (in the fried rice and brown rice) were undercooked. Very stringent on the meat in the portion (in beef broccoli, string bean chicken breast, and black pepper Angus steak)

The food is delicious the only thing is feeling rushed because they are always so busy.
It’s understandable that they would require masks, vaccinated or not, but they have a lot of nerve to require masks for “customer and employee safety” yet they don’t even wear gloves while serving customers and handling food and utensils. Disappointed to say the least ??

My issue is as a delivery driver for Panda Express. Every other time I come to this establishment, there are food items that are not ready and have to be cooked. 10-15 plus minutes of waiting for various items on different occasions for different customers. When I arrive I have no problem waiting a few minutes for things to get ready, but the bigger problem with waiting too long is the quality of food I’m delivering. While 1 item isn’t ready the other items that are ready, are sitting in styrofoam containers and getting soggy and wet due to the steam coming off the food in these closed containers. So like tonight if I had kept waiting for the egg rolls to be ready, I would of delivered hot fresh egg rolls and sub par everything else. I hate delivering bad food to paying customers. So it’s no longer worth my time coming here for deliveries, so no worries about seeing me again.
