Tuesday, may 10th 8:30 pm, went through Drive-Thru. Kody with a K was very patient taking my order even though I am a raging moron and have to change my order at least 32 times before paying for it. Even let me add “naked” fries to my order AT THE WINDOW! then maintained his positive helpful attitude all the way through bringing me the hot fries where I was parked, because the rest of our food was ready before the fries, naturally. 10/10
Went there at 4:30 am drive through lights on and sign stating open 24hrs. Sat at the drive through speaker for awhile before pulling up to window where I could see plenty of workers inside yet they didn't want to acknowledge me or the line of cars behind me so I started honking and after a while someone comes to window and rudely says they aren't open for 10 more f'ing minutes and slams the window shut.Would have been easier to just not turn on the drive through lights till open. Or even put up a written "we will be open at 5:00am" sign over the original "open 24hrs" sign But to rudely cuss at me made me want to go inside and start flipping out, although I didn't.
Quick stop on the way out of town. Was on the road before digging into the bag . French fries were cold quarter pounder and fish felt both tasted like they were hrs old and microwaved the fish was like cardboard and the bun was microwave dry and hard . Same with the quarter pounder absolutely the worst Mc Donald's experience ever. Do you self a favor don't ever eat here. Drive the extra 5 min to the Bardsley food always fresh and what you would expect from Mc Donald's.
They don’t know how to make iced coffee, never had this problem at other McDonald’s. It’s literally creamer and syrup
Came here with my husband. We parked and waited by the front door and saw many many many homeless people wreck the trash cans. We parked at Number 7 stall. We saw a woman empty her bowels in the tree near where we ordered. We did not eat in peace because the workers would not stop peeking at me and my husband eat.
I visit this McDonald’s freuqesntly. It is average for a McDonald’s and they make the drinks themselves which I never seen. The Cashiers are super patient and pleasant with me and I see the same ones every day when I come in for breakfast and lunch. I always see female managers who always have their hair tied up. I have not once had a problem with the people in the blue shirts but be warned: if they have blackshirts they are managers and are always grumpy.I give this McDonald’s 5 stars because of the nice people but I always hear strange topics comming from the managers mouths that should not be said. The cashier took my order and in the background I can hear their words which caught my lil old heart off the rails.
I ordered 2 twenty piece nuggets with fries and 4 apple pies. When my order came out there was only 2 apple pies. After I got out to my car, the fries and nuggets were stale. I went back in to get the other apple pies and let them know about the fries, the girl gave me the other 2 pies and then proceeded to walk away without saying a word
I always come here with my children. Good mcdonalds. Drive thru was closed. The workers are very polite unless it’s a manager when u complain.
Veronica and Katrina C. are the best workers at this establishment!! They are very friendly. I will definitely be eating here again. They will always have my business ;). Such hard workers. Jessica should give them a raise..
It was busy. My cheeseburger was cold and the cheese was not melted at all. Fries were meh. The Happy Meal toy was a joke...cardboard folded into another cardboard holder. Son took one look and threw it away. Really, save a tree next time. I would pass on this place next time. We only stopped for gas and it was what was available. We were limited due to towing a 5th wheel so we had no choice. Thankfully the staff was friendly.
