Ordered from the mobile app, charged my card, came to my car, said they didn’t have the items I ordered and refused to refund.These people want 15$ and now stole a 5$ order… way to McDonald’s!
I usually went here oftenly and the food is decent. I ordered a spicy sandwich with onions and I was charged for additions. Nothing wrong with that, but the part that made me furious was that this was the second time i’ve ordered it with onion and they didn’t give me any at all. all spicy sandwiches had no manoise and management was standing there complaining about how I wanted cheese.? There were barely any people in the line as well. I understand that they might have forgotten manoise on the sandwich but what’s unexceptable is not have any on all 4 sandwiches and not getting any of the additions i ordered twice. management is horrible and I hope they make a change and do better.
The McDonald’s on Beardsley needs to take advice from here the one in bardsley messed up my order I threw it away and came to this one food was hot ready and faster coming out and their ice cream machine works
Very kind staff. First shamrock ☘ shake ever! Lol. After 57 years of anticipation, it was good but not as exciting as i had hoped.
So ring the doorbell so I don’t have to wait in this ridiculous line? So you’re fine with lying to your customers and not actually doing what you advertised. You should be sued for wasting my time and false advertising making people think you can just “skip the line” and order online. I’m working to deliver this food and it’s not worth 3.25 to wait in your line for 45 mins.
Went through the drive thru and both of my large fries were 1/2 empty. My soda was only 1/2 full, it's the dinner rush but still they are getting ridiculous at this location.
Service was horrible they got my order wrong and even though they were trying it just was rushed. Fries were cold .
Fries were hot which is a huge deal lol. Clean restrooms all the food was good. Great spot to stop on a road trip.
The food is good here and all, but sometimes they forget half the order when I leave the drive through line. So now: I have to check my bag to make sure that everything is there before I leave (everytime). But as far as food quality goes, thats a thumbs up for me.
Can't go wrong with McDoubles and hot delicious ?
