I made reservations for 30 people for my moms 82 birthday a month in advance. they told me to call a week before the date. which I did. then they told me to call 1 hour before coming which I did. so when I arrived they weren't ready for my group. they sat us on the side of the restaurant that the air conditioner was working. we ask why is so hot and they didn't know why. the waitress said I asked the owner if we could move you guys to the side of the restaurant that the air conditioner was working and that he said no.
I was extremely disappointed with this place. From the service to the food. With that being said, others at my table were satisfied with the meals they received other than the rice. I asked for cheese enchiladas. I expected it to be cheddar cheese like all other cheese enchiladas I’ve eaten from restaurants, but instead, I got 2 tortillas wrapped around cold crumble cheese. Have you ever eaten large amounts of crumble cheese? It’s not great…the rice was very blan Absolutely no flavor. Luckily the beans were really tasty, so I mixed my rice with the beans and ate that. Now to the service…I received my food first. It was about 5 minutes until they brought out the 2nd plate. It took about 15 minutes for our whole table to be served. I’ve never been somewhere that doesn’t serve the table as a whole. The waitress was forgetting drinks, and we seemed to have to constantly remind her to bring us things. I understand she could’ve been having an off day, but it definitely didn’t help our experience. I will for sure not be going back.
Nice waitres and clean place but the ? cocktail needs more flavor...
This place is so bad! Me and my friend went to enjoy some good food and drinks, they gave us chips that were “fresh” but I saw how they just keep it under a 2 lamps to keep it warm and to make worse they didn’t even offer us any sauce to go with! Food was cold and tasteless, they shrimps tasted old and chewy, they also have Worst drinks.
This place took absolutely forever to serve us. The boss (Joe) was very disrespectful to his employees. We had to witness him yelling at his employee who did a wonderful job. If I could give this place no stars I would. The beans were burned and we never got salsa or waters. We had to cancel our food. When we asked to speak to the manager (Joe) he came out yelling at us the customers.
I'm not giving it 5 stars because the bathroom stalls are old, the door wouldn't close right and there was a huge gap enough see in the restroom and the customer service was alright, as in they were pleasant enough but got our orders wrong and didn't offer any napkins and silverware we had to ask for it. With that being said their oisters are cleaned well and fresh tasting. We got their fajitas which were great and their regular michelada which was also good. I will be going back because the food is good!! Definitely go and give it a try!
for now a 1 star..... I went tonight to have a relaxing drink and sat there for 15 minutes. No one acknowledged I was there. 15 minutes I seen them take out the trash, sweep ,clean right next to me and then left. One waitress was straightening out menus next to me went behind the bar to put phone on charger and left. 15 min and no service to me what so ever.. really disappointed
Ordered a green sauce enchilada...lousy. Sour...Owner/manager came over said we have to pay for it. I said it's not good. I'd like to order something else. He said I charge you for that too. DO NOT EAT HERE TERRIBLE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I came in ordered an appetizer of prepared oysters they never came by the time my food go to the table. The lady said she didn’t put them in. I order the mixed fajitas they came in a very sweet red sause which I did not favor. 20 minutes after our food came out someone came to ask about our food. I asked to send it back I did not want it. I had to speak with the owner and because I ate ONE shrimp and my mom ate another ONE I would be charged 20.00 for a meal I did not eat. He said he would only make me another one. This is ridiculous I should not be forced to pay for a meal I did not eat or enjoy. The customer service was also very poor.
