Ice cream was good, can't lie about that. Only issue I had was with the Reece's ice cream. Kept finding spongey pieces everywhere, all different sizes. Did not break down like food sound, tore and had a fibery texture when tearing. I went back inside to ask about the ingredients, to which I was told something along the lines of "what you would expect in Reece's ice cream." Then brought up the spongey pieces, even showed them. They insisted it was cereal. I asked if the ice cream had cereal in it, knowing soggy cereal in ice cream has a soggy texture, not that of a rough sponge. The employees got very nervous and said they "couldn't tell me" if it did or not, then continued to say they don't know what was in each ice cream. They offered free ice cream to me to make up for the pieces, I declined. I'm very concerned as to what was in the ice cream that they nervously insisted was cereal and could not tell me what was in the batch to begin with. I have photos of what I found scattered in my scoop if the higher ups would like to look into this, which I would highly appreciate.
Want last week some lady was being rude and impolite!! She had really have bad service and end up not buying anything all my orders were wrong thanks to her services!! Absolutely not recommend ????
They are Rude the corn taste like s*** they sit there and make ugly faces at you and start yelling when your kids touch anything not friendly and very pricey
Expectation vs reality.
Would be nice if they lower the music so you can order without yelling.
Had to change my name on doordash to a Mexican name in order for them to actually accept my delivery. I’ve had some friends who had to do the same. The food is okay but very disappointed. The staff here thinks they’re slick but they not LOL
Went at 9:07 and they were already closed . When it said on their door there open till 10., very unprofessional corporate should not approve
The mangonadas here are awesome. Plenty of great Mexican desserts
Customer service is horrible. Should hire some new employees with better attitudes. Gracias
11/1I had not visited the establishment in some time, its definitely changed since opening. I Normally bring the grandchildren when visiting the area, they enjoyed their ice creams
