I was having a horrible day. My order was not exactly what I wanted. (My fault) and Felicia fixed it for me while still smiling even though I know I was a pain and they were busy. Excellent customer service! Your positive attitude is appreciated. You never know what people are going through. Even just going to pick up food. Thank you again Felicia.
The food was good but the service wasn't, she was rude, i just wanted to order 1 large box of parmesan popcorn chicken because i can't have fries & i don't drink sodas & she said then order 2 small boxes, i had stomach surgery & can't eat the 2 small boxes plus it cost more to do it that way, she said NO you have to do 2 small boxes which cost me over 10 dallars, i do this all the time at the Jack in the box on Mooney & Bardsley, 1 large box was 7.99 but 2 small boxes was over 10 dallars, she said i can't buy a large box it only comes in a combo, anyways it might seem silly to you but it was what i wanted & needed at the time, sorry for the rant but i was upset, if i go back it wont be at that one on Tulare Ave. I just didn't understand why, but anyways no big deal your survey asked so i answered, have a great day, & please no negative feedback from other customers, Thank You
I went through the drive thru and it took me 40 minutes. They gave me half of my order and asked me to pull forward to wait. I waited about 10 minutes and they brought out a few more items and they were still missing some. They went back inside and just left me waiting another 15 minutes. I finally went inside and my additional items were just sitting there. I asked the girl and she was like, oh here is the rest of your order. When I got home my order was wrong and still missing items. They weren't short staffed, just unorganized. Nobody apologized or even cared.
Gotta try the donut holes there the best nice and hot made to order I stopped by twice yesterday .
Gone here all the time after school to eat. Everytime somethings wrong, either its something simple like tomatoes when I asked for plain (which is no problem honestly) and other times I ask for a burger...only to receive a peice of chicken with lettuce
I went to the drive through to order a strawberry milk shake and clearly the menu said the cost of the milk shake was 4.99. Jack in Box decided to charge their own price to 5.19 at the window. Plus tax. So, it came out to 5.63. I asked the lady at the window why did they charge 5.19 when the menu says 4.99. She just looked at me and ignored me. Clearly wrong
I had gone to the drive through and asked for a Sriracha box which the lady had said they didn't have but when I asked what they had that was similar she said they did carry the Sriracha box then after repeating myself multiple times I had raised my voice and they at the incompetent worker and she refused to serve to meso I went to the window and explained that they were unable to hear me so I raised my voice
Of course your favorite late night munchie stop. I like coming here for the munchie meals lol
Too much flies on the counter, and the old guy preparing my order laughs & talks a lot to his co workers without wearing a mask. Not worth eating so i throw my order away.
Always like Jack in the box. Great value and great food
