Lived in California all of my life. Eaten In-N-Out all over the state. 90% of the time via drive through. But today I ate inside. And let me tell you, Tulare definitely has the best crew. Small town vibes, fast service(of course), and quality a team that specializes in customer service. While I will say I’ve always had a good experience with their staff via drive thru. My guy Ivan definitely goes above and beyond. He doesn’t sit still. He’s sweeping, refilling different stations, checking on customers, walking out orders, answering questions. All while the front of house is packed and outside seating is full as well. I usually hit the drive thru but in Tulare I’ll be dinning in from now on.
I always love to go to in n out most of the time I went Visalia in n out, but today I went to Tulare they gave me wrong order I repeated 4 times my order but they gave me wrong burger however I asked them can you please give me right burger they said wait 10 mins after 10 mins they gave me cold food. I don’t like their customers service and food also .

I enjoy the tulare in and out burger restaurant. Pretty fast service and very clean inside. A little bit of a line at the drive thru but still moves quick.
The food is so good there. It’s also cheap and they have fast service.
I really enjoy the quality of food they serve at In & Out. This location has some nice workers. They go way beyond the minimum requirements of a course person. They were very attentive and professional and kind.
Was waiting inside for my fries and milkshake for a while. When I see the person that ordered before and after me get their food, I thought I was going to be next. But was wrong, waited another 5 min. And nothing. Unit I had to tell them where’s my order, the last was going back and forth asking who was doing my order and no one answered. I told the lady what I ordered and made it herself.
Every time we come to this location they mess up our order, by a long shot. Husband and I commented that that's a first for us w In-N-Out because they're usually so consistent. Well at this location they're not.Order is messed up and buns are sometimes cold.
In n Out is consistent no matter where you go. This location being brand new doesn’t disappoint. Even when lines are out the parking lot, orders get taken quick and you get to that last window rather quickly. Food has always been made perfect every time.
Always has good food and good prices. Even though the line is always pretty long the wait is not long at all, they keep it moving! The employees are amazing! Our cashier Brian was the best, so friendly and even gave me stickers for my kids =) and the one that gave us our food, josia? Was amazing as well! They definitely made the experience great! 10/10 =)
