I've lived Del Taco ever since I was a manager many years ago. The reason I love Del Taco over Taco Bell is because their food is authentically made The refried beans are cooked every day and the meat is cooked to order. The cheese is real and freshly graded daily as well. Finally I love their real crinkle cut french fries with my Mexican food! I literally eat here for lunch several times a week no joke!! I love this place homemade food over austronaut food any day!!
This place has really gone downhill, badly. Stay away from here unless you want to spend almost 40 minutes in their non moving drive thru line. It was 20 minutes before my order was even taken, and when I finally had my order taken the girl on the speaker was rude and literally cut me off with the total in the middle of me trying to order!!! I told her I was not done ordering and she repeated the total to me and told me to pull up to the window!! Every car in the drive thru line had to wait at least 20-30 minutes from the time they ordered to the time they finally received their order. This is completely ridiculous! What's the point of a fast food drive thru if you gotta wait longer than you would at a sit down restaurant. And nope, I'm not being a Karen, I've been in the food service industry for 15 years and I am a manager. This is completely unacceptable service and attitude at this place.
Came a little before 7 am. Google said open and I was traveling out of town so we stopped to see. Once in the drive way we noticed a wet mop sign on the ground but didn’t think any thing of it. Next thing u know some wanna be comes out asking if we missed the sign and we’re gonna just be waiting all day very rudely and we explained she sign and that’s when he looked embarrassed as he he should be. Next time don’t assume and try maybe being a decent person. I’ve worked fast food five years never once acted like u did. Embarrassing again.
Ordered LOADED NACHOS with no meat. Got charged for loaded nachos with no meat, ended up with chips and shredded cheese and green sauce. Makes no sense they’re still supposed to have sour cream beans queso jalapeño tomato…. Not even busy so it’s that hard to make a order correctly? People hear no meat and think “oh no ingredients”? Not rocket science to put all ingredients EXCEPT meat. But here we are.
Del taco is my favorite fast food. This location however leaves much to be desired. Service sub par. food just okAnd they never open the lobby
Service was horrible!! I ordered Asada tacos only to be given chicken tacos so had to go all the way back to have them fix it then the whole crew gave me attitude for their mistake they where rude and disrespectful!! They made a mistake and treated me like crap for it!!! I will not be returning to this place again!!!
Great service here. Always hits the spot. My usual is the #1 with a strawberry sprite soooo good.
Store is locked up tight. Drive thru only. We wanted to eat there, but we don't have a car.
I recommend this deltaco really fast and shout out to Gabriel in drive thru ( awesome customer service) I travel down the valley and I just stop here and there and will stop again soon
Very bad service. I go on Tuesday or Thursday night taco and they often say they can't hear me and I hear a lot of background noise in the background. They gave me just cheap bean and rice when I ordered 3 chicken tacos. They did it again last night even when I pulled up and verified the order. They are also rude. This is the reason they stuck there
