I was there around thanksgiving and stopped in while passing through. Unfortunately I didn't realize until I was back on the road that although I paid for guac for my two bowls, I didn't receive it. I called up, and was offered to return back to the store to get the guac, but after 8 hours of driving and already 15 minutes away, I didn't feel like turning back. The manager Lucy kindly offered to send me a gift card to my home address and when it arrived the value was twice as much as I paid. Thank you Lucy for turning a bad experience into a wonderful one!
Good food and value. Ordered a Burrito bowl for $8 and usually only eat half but today I didn't eat much and ate the whole thing. Use the Chipotle app for quick service ?
Good food and fast ordering thorough the app. Everything I've ever had at Chipotle has been good! Especially the burrito bowl with double everything and guacamole ????
Lazy & uncaring, never gets my order right!

I eat at this chipotle almost every other day (it’s a pregnancy craving) I love chipotle, it was my first job, the integrity of the company as a whole is so impressive, the food is so fresh and constantly being made throughout the day. Nothing ever ever gets frozen!! It’s honestly my favorite place to eat now a days! I get 3 hard shell tacos with rice and beans, veggies, my choice of meat and you know... the works!! It’s all sooooo good! I definitely recommend this chipotle location, they are amazing!

Do NOT ask them for a side of diced jalapeños. They will group and 4 employee's will tell you they are out, they don't do that, we don't give sides because we use it for everything else...it's just jalapeños...
Customer service… there isn’t any. You’ll wait and be ignored in like for several minutes. Staff will then make jokes about people in line, and when asked will deflect and then switch to speaking in Spanish. All because I’m who’re doesn’t mean I don’t speak or understand Spanish. I heard you, I understood what you had to say. This store should be truly embarrassed by their lack of customer service and their unprofessionalism.Went in again today and was referred to as “the favorite” and the staff was incredibly rude. All because I corrected them for bad mouthing customers days before… now openly being disrespectful. Even made mocking sounds as I left. All was recorded on my phone. All will be logged with their corporate office.
Thought I eat today here walked in was slow then look over there is one of the workers standing on the metal table cleaning not safe at all plus not santazied then it gets busy line out the door one girl doing food and cash 3 others doing other stuff instead of help customers food is great but service sucks
