Service was horrible won't be going back.

I was there for an interview. I arrived early so I ordered something to eat. Finished eating remain waiting for a supervisor or manager. I never seen anyone; take that back both of them walked passed me and never once asked if I was there for an interview! They both suck one of their names is Rachelle! Hopefully she sees this!!!!!
Servers who forget you're there, cooks who couldn't cook a proper steak to save their lives, and mashed potatoes that you could use as stucco. I'll never go to chili's again. There's better restaurants that at least make you feel like you're a customer.
Went to Chili's for my brother-in-law's birthday the food was great but the service was okay got kind of mixed up when I got to pay in the bill and I end up paying my bill and somebody else's and good thing I caught it.
The food was good but they definitely need to work on customer service. Especially the waitresses
My rating is based off how it is delivering your food. Most of the time it’s ok. A few times it’s a bit of a wait for the food. The thing that’s the most frustrating though is how orders are left for pick up. If you look at the photos I uploaded, you’ll see a couple of smaller containers on their side and the bag tied loosely but with a knot that can’t be undone. Holding up the bag it was a little better but when setting the back inside my delivery bad, those items were on their side completely. When I go to deliver this food the customer will probably think I let it fall over. Which makes us both look unprofessional. So in the future if you could either secure all the items and tie the bag around it so the items can’t move or don’t tie them at all and I’ll do it when I pick up orders that would make deliveries a lot easier to complete.
My husband and I came here from out of town. Our waitress, Lesley, was a true gem! We were restaurant hopping and she made our experience here a highlight! Thank you Lesley, Chili's is lucky to have you on their team! Will come back to this location next time we cruise on by!

I had worked here for about a year and enjoyed it. My only problem is that this company REHIRED someone who is known for being aggressive. I had a 57 year old coworker scream at me for doing my job last week. In the past few months she has worked here, numerous people have had problems with her. I wish I was actually exaggerating. You know its a problem when you have a grown woman yelling at a 20 year old. You want respect? Earn it.
