Waiting for 45mins for an order EVERY TIME. TERRIBLE SERVICE, NO ORGANIZATION. WONT EVER BE BACK.

Food is good but order times are never correct. Usually stuck waiting an extra 20-30 minutes more than what they say. Super frustrating. No offer to make up for it or an apology. Not great customer service.

For the past few trips to wing stop I have been severely disappointed with the results. The timer I get from my app of OVER AN HOUR is completed and I walk in to a reply of “ten more minutes” which is the most infuriating thing to receive after an hour long wait. On top of that, the last 2 visits I got fries that were cold. I used to enjoy coming here, but now I would rather eat dirt.

Not really a reliable store. Placed an order for a 40pc to watch the playoffs an made sure that the woman taking my order had the name down correctly. Was told an hour wait but when it came time to pick up, they had neither the wings or any record of the order. So if you're looking for a reliable spot for wings, I suggest you try elsewhere.

This location is one of the worse I've been to ?The time you have to wait for your food is not the same, you get when you check out online.Wait time according to the employees is about an hour per order.long wait, wrong order, and online orders apparently don't show up for them right away. Your sweet tea was not sweet.This location requires improvement.

Poor customer service, And taking too long for every single order.Some employees don't know their job, They're interfering to (picking up) job. So please it would be nice that everyone of us do our own job.

I was picking up an online order, it stated the food was ready, waited an hour after they said it was ready. During my wait, I noticed they were taking walk in orders, and prioritizing them first. When I spoke up about this, the rude girl said, they had ordered online. What a LIAR, I was sitting right on the bench! Wingstop should mystery shop these employees, and see it for themselves! I will never return to this place even if they gave the food to me free! The absolute WORSE in customer service! And to top it off, the lady manager was right there, and didn’t do a damn thing!

Takes forever to get your order, when you finally do it’s almost always wrong and also very expensive. My last time ordering from Wingstop.

Very bad customer service. Employees look mad all the time and they need urgently an intensive customer service course and someone who teach them how to smile to the customers.

Ordered an hour ahead and when I got there to pick up they told me I had to wait another 30 minutes. After about 15 minutes they tell mw I have to wait another 30 minutes. Soooo not worth it. Worst customer service experience EVER!
