I placed a phone order for two orders of 2-piece fish & chips. They quoted 15 minutes, but it actually took 25. There was 1 person waiting for her order when I arrived and 3 people walked in to pick up their orders already waiting for them. It's been maybe 4 years since I last ordered from here. The pieces of fish are half as big as they used to be, the crinkle cut fries are ok, the small cup of tartar sauce was not enough and not too tasty. The fish was ok and maybe a bit over cooked. It also came with a small cup of vinegar. I don't know if it's different owners than the last time I ate there, but it's definitely not as good as the last time.

This is a family owned business and used to be located in the same complex as the "Save-Mart" Grocery store on Tracy Blvd.  I can't recall the previous name but the owner renamed the business and moved it to this location years ago.The name (Tracy Harbour Fish & Chips) is kind of meaningless (like saying, "where's the beef in Wendy's Hamburgers!"), because we don't live next to the ocean but "I guess you can just make-believe!"I loved the old place as well as the new because they haven't altered their recipe in the way they make their "Fish & Chips!"  The inside is just as small as the old but they're in an improved location which is easy access to the freeway and in the same lot as McDonald's & In & Out Burgers, which to me is no completion, because none of the other two make fish!Yaaa, "Mickey D's" make a fish sandwich if you like "cardboard with tartar sauce! This place might be small, but they have a wide assortment of selections from; grilled Mahi Mahi, Teriyaki Chicken Bowls, Udon Noodles, Calamari, Spaghetti & Chicken Combo, Chicken, Clams, Oysters, Blah, Blah, Blah, and so forth...........And if that's not enough to stuff your "pie hole," let's not leave out their large selection of side dishes to go along with your orders, (fried onion rings, lumpia, crab leg sticks, cheese sticks, etc.).If that doesn't get you full, get a greasy burger!  Although waiting for your order can take a while especially during the dinner hour, it's worth the wait.  However, I'm "smooth" and usually place my order from home then go pick it up which save me time from "fiddling with my thumb."In my judgment, the fish is crunchy and moist and when you add the vinegar, it's a great combination.Of course, when I was stationed overseas in the military, nothing equated to "beer battered fish & chips like the English make them, but then again, this isn't England!"**Overall, the price is very reasonable and the food is pretty respectable if you want that fish craving satisfied.Update: since my last review this place never changed in their product, which remains great!

Awesomeness place to eat ?

This time I tried the combo with fish prawns and scallopes. Scallopes werr tiny, not cooked well and obviously frozen. Prawns were over cooked. Fish was great and the deep fried twinkie was alright. Kinda expensive meal

I giving a 2nd chance. I found the fish overcooked & dried out inside. I ordered really late in the day and only order it delivered, so this may have been a couple returned to the fryer a second time. I'm trying again today and will add an update to this if what I got was a one off. Note to the owner: please don't use frozen fish.

Pretty clean and service is good only thing fries didn't taste fully cooked.. May have over fried fish..but go ahead try for yourself

To much oil on fish and no plates price is very high paid for 2 person about 42.54 for lunch
