Interesting cocktails and a mix-and-match option to construct your own plate. Service was a bit slow but we were there during a lunch rush so service time was reasonable.A nice place that has survived COVID and come out the other side...and cares :)
I just want to say that whoever owns this restaurant gets it! Great food, GENEROUS portions and at a fair price. Food was fresh and flavorful. My wife and I both had the chicken Alfredo and were impressed. Sauce could've been a little thicker but the flavor was there! We will DEFINITELY be back here. Oh and the kids loved their food as well. Lemon chicken with glass noodles.
We like the fact that you can create your own meal with choices of meat, vegetables, sauces, and starch. Service has been good. Full bar. Most of seating is upstairs with a street view.
Friendly staff, drinks, food and dessert were amazing!! Just like everywhere be patient with staff a little bit of a wait but staff kept checking on us and when food arrives it was worth the wait plus the atmosphere made time fly!
Have come here plenty of times. The portions used to be smaller since last year in 2021 for food and drinks, but now in 2022 they have expanded. I was very happy for that. The food is always delicious and exquisite. The main reason I gave this a low rating is because of the customer service we received here. I came with my husband and he treated me for my 26th birthday dinner and to be honest we only saw the server twice. Once when we sat down and anther when she brought us our food and drinks. Either one of the these waitresses did not check on us at all. I did not feel like these waitresses cared for us at all. We left no tip at all. The only person here I want to recognize for outstanding service was the busser. I can't remember is name but it was a white man short very sweet and offered to take out plates as we stacked them in his bin as he held it. I wish I had cash that day to give him a cash tip. He deserved it. Please care for us as customers. I understand you might be understaffed but at least make us feel like you care for us spending our money in your establishment.
If you have not tried The upper room, go now. The food is great. They have options for vegetarians and meat eaters. As a kid I was never a fan of brussel sprouts, the upper room changed my mind! They are amazing. Have you ever heard of poke nachos?!? Outstanding! It's a great fusion of sushi and nachos. It's an appetizer but is big enough to be a meal in it self. The fish and chips were cooked to perfection. No oily soggy fish here. The fries were crisp an delicious. My son, who only likes cheeseburger and ketchup, said the bbq burger was great! He has a new favorite. The kids Mac and cheese was so flavorful. I forgot to ask but it has to be made from scratch. The drink selection, wow. They have many, many craft beers both in the bottle and on tap. If you are not sure what you want they are happy to give recommendations. So if you have not been here, or it's been a while, stop by for some great food and drink. ( I would have added pictures of the food but it didn't last long ?).
The food is good and fresh. You have option to order your protein, sauce, veggies and starch. You can also order burgers or make them wraps. The walls and windows were not so clean. Service was good.
Great food and beer selection. I'd be a regular here if I lived closer.
Dish was not prepared correctly ! Someone should teach them how to prepare shrinp scampi !
First time here… great food great service! Donald took very good care of us! His attention to detail is what every restaurant needs. He was always one step ahead of what we needed and totally runs the customer experience! Love his energy! Thank You Donald!
