I absolutely love this location. This location has made a regular out of me. I could probably count on my fingers the amount of times in the last 15 years that I've made the choice to go to Starbucks. Just not a big coffee person. But after moving to an area where internet is problematic, I kind of just had no choice but to go to Starbucks for work stuff. I went to a few locations in this town, it seems internet is just an issue in this city in general, something about hills and signals.Of the surrounding Starbucks in the area, this one has decent wi-fi and the most comfortable seating for using a laptop, 3 single spots and then a table with multiple outlets. So not really a ton of seats for computer work but there is enough, only once did i have an issue finding an outlet, and it was packed that day. The location by Safeway has more seats but weaker signal.The most important thing that really swung me on Starbucks was just the exceptional staff here. Everyone is just incredibly kind and friendly here and it rubs off on the customers. I see some of the regulars now that I've been coming for a few months, and its kind of like a little community in a way. People recognize each other and wave. Sometimes the staff will hello someone by name and you can see the joy in it. It's really nice to see.Another way they really got me hooked here, recommendations! Since I'm not a big Starbucks person, I had no idea what to order. I like sweet, I cant stand tart or bitter. The staff has given recommendation after recommendation. I have about 6 drinks I love now. Today I was recommended a Pink Drink with 2 pumps of raspberry. Holy cow new favorite! So delicious, I added it to my favorites on the app so I don't forget lol I haven't been let down by any of my purchases here.I did cheat on my favorite location by trying to order the same drink at another location, wont say where, but they absolutely did not listen at all to what i ordered lol I was like, this is what I get for not going to my favorite location!Anywho, after coming here multiple times a week for the last few months, I kinda felt I owed it to your team to say something. They have really good vibes so I'm sure they know and are acknowledged for it, but just incase I wanted to be sure. Whoever runs this location, please go help the surrounding locations. And give your staff here something nice, they deserve it.

I ordered a relatively simple drink. The oatmilk and brown sugar shaken espresso, venti, with less ice. This is the only Starbucks who has actually given me less ice, and didn't judge me for it. I have very sensitive guns, so drinks that are super cold are too painful to drink (but I can handle relative cold). So I was super grateful that my order was correct and I didn't spend money to go home and sign out half a venti cup of ice!The line was the fastest Starbucks line I'd ever been through and they were BUSY. I came with a friend who ordered a specialty modified drink and it was made well and as requested.I was also extremely happy with the speaker service and the window service where they were friendly but focused and quick!! Very nice team, this is now my primary Starbucks to visit.Thanks!!!:))))

Absolutely THE WORST RUN STARBUCKS ON THE PLANET!!! THEIR QUEUEING SYSTEM IS LOUSY. I got one of my drinks but not the other and they were both the same drink (please explain this to me). I called the complaint line to complain. People have places to go for heavens sake! The Manager just said we're busy - But I go there everyday and theres always a large crowd at this time. They need to find Competent Managers/Employees!

The wait can be a bit crazy at this, even for a regular cup of brewed coffee. Last time I was there, the cashier litterately left the line hanging to run other tasks, and another barista that saw that the girl wasn't coming back opened another register. Lol. So, don't come here if you're on a time crunch, and if you order ahead, order way ahead.

Staff is always friendly despite being busy in the morning. Store is clean and often bustling with people hanging out for various reasons. Service is generally quick, but in- store orders sometimes get pushed aside for the online/pickup orders.

they never seem to have oatmilk, i dont understand what theyre problem is against lactose intolerant people but im hurt. i just want my drink but i can only get it 2 days a week because of you. if you know you use a lot of oatmilk, why not order extra?

I ordered through the app for pick up. Upon arriving home and taking my first sip, my latte was about 2/3 filled up, it was lukewarm, and there was no whipped cream or toppings…

Got a drink this morning that was only 2/3 full and room temperature, picked it up 2 minutes before app said it would be ready.

Changed their hours from 5am to 5:30am. So much for us that have to be to work early. Enjoy your customer loss.

A bit hectic, crowded/busy. This area needs one more Starbucks.Maybe the app can have an 'order ready' notification so some people can wait outside?
