This is my go-to location whenever I'm in need of a special treat to myself and a caffeine fix. Although, this last visit and the visit before that, 2 weeks apart, their card reader was down and accepting only cash or pay by app. It was super inconvenient bc after waiting in a long line then get to the speaker box to order only to find out their card reader wasn't working then still having to wait in the line to exit. After the first time it happened, I would think it would've been repaired by then since it happened in a 2 week span. Guess I have to have cash on hand for my next visit, respectfully.
First off, whoever designed the drive through did a terrible job. Cars half in the street blocking traffic because there's simply not enough room for more than 4-5 at a time. It took over 10mins to get where you order and there was only 4 cars in front of me. Once there, I was told that they couldn't run any cards and only app orders or cash were being accepted. I only had a $100 bill on me so, naturally, I inquired if it could be broken, to which they said yes.My order was a simple venti white mocha, hot, with an extra shot. When I got to the window I handed my $100 and was told they didn't have change for it. I politely informed the person that I asked about it and was told they could. They said "Hold on." closed the window, talked with someone for a minute and then came back and said "OK." I was handed my drink and it wasn't a venti but, a grande instead.I turned back to inform them but, the window was closed again. So I took a sip of my drink and it was very apparent that no one had changed the filters in a LONG time. It was very harsh, burnt and bitter. Barely sweet at all. I looked in my mirror and saw the insanely long line and just couldn't put those other people through them making me a new drink. So, when my change was brought out, I just left.I have no intentions of returning to this terrible location. Side note: The guy in front of me must not have had cash or the app. He went straight through but, had to wait until the car in front of him left, since there was no way to go around.
Service was surprisingly great! I am so sad I didn't get the name of the gal who helped us at drive thru it was 4/9 around 11:20am.. Anyway, there was a huge line at drive thru and she still managed to tell us "how has your day been so far" and "enjoy the rest of your day". Line moved along pretty quick, drinks were perfect. I have plenty of Starbucks in my town, but anytime I head that way this is the store I'll visit :)

This location has a great selection of coffee, tea, and tasty treats. This is a great place to spend a gift card or purchase a gift card for somebody that you want to surprise with a nice gift. This location has friendly service and they're flexible hours offer you the opportunity to stop in at either their drive-thru or walk into their counter and order from one of their baristas.
Their service is always good, both the food/drinks and customer service!! They’re all very friendly and welcome you when you come in ?
Good coffee just a bit unorganized, took a long time to get my order and the store wasn't very busy
Starbucks is Starbucks so the menu items will be more or less the same. This Starbucks however, is the one I do not go to.The drinks are made inconsistently; I occasionally pick up a few coffees for everyone at the office and sometimes it’s fine, but other times there is something off and ultimately someone is not satisfied with how the drink was made.Last note: The customer service experience is essentially nonexistent - just expect to pick up your coffee, ignore the occasional rudeness and you’ll be fine ?
My boyfriend and I visited your store on 11th St. and Corral Hollow our first order was fantastic we decided to make another order before leaving and our second order was poorly made and poorly tasting customer service for second order was horrible. The Young lady asked him where was his mask and he was just letting her know that we have been waiting for 15 minutes for second order there were very few customers in the store at the time. The drinks we ordered were Large Mango Dragon fruit and a Large Strawberry Acai drink they were poorly made and poorly tasting the Mango Dragon fruit was bitter the Strawberry Acai looked like just pink water and tasted like just flavored water. We left your store then threw our drinks away.
I don’t understand the culture that has developed at this Starbucks. The manager Natalie teaches her staff how to be the most condescending self righteous entailed employees. Do you realize you are the first people that most of us who WORK in the morning meet?, you are our first interaction with the world. This isn’t the first time a Starbucks employee acts very high and mighty at this location. They seem to think that saying “have a great day” with condescending tone is their way of being polite? No what it shows is that you are immature and childish. I do not understand the complete lack of customer service that is at this store. There will be only one car in the drive through and only one drink comes out but it still takes them well over 15mins-20 mins…..in a drive through people, with one car? It does not make sense. There is no communication from staff to customer outside of we are working on it. Um fyi Starbucks staff there are windows and we can see you guys goofing around??♀️??♀️The staff are always treating the customer like we are an imposition, inside and outside of the store. I am going to avoid this place like the plague. It’s a disgrace the way this manager Natalie is teaching this location to behave. Maybe she needs to have some training in customer service and efficiency.Also check your drinks they seem to like to tell you the label is on the cup when you ask which drink is which. Ordered 6 drinks….every single drink was a wrong order. ??♀️
