If I could, I would not give a 1 star at all.- Look what I found in my drink after finishing my iced espresso.I feel like I want to throw up, hopefully nothing else in my drink beside this.-Not just that, I have never been satisfied with my drinks. But no choices, no other Starbucks around, that i can order ahead and on my way to work.They never made my drink correctly, the taste always different.-Regarding for staffs, RUDE.- I always order my drink in large size, but very rare I got the long straw. They always tell me, we run out of long straws, and just handed me the short one. Really?! How am I gonna from that short straw in the large tall cup.No worth of money to get my drink at this location.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
The entire staff is always so kind and quick to answer any questions you might have. My drink ended up getting mixed up with someone else’s and the lady at the counter was so sweet and apologized for the confusion, even though it wasn’t her fault, and she made me another one super quickly. Amazing customer service and the drinks are always made perfectly !
I was the last customer tonight. I felt so bad cuz they were minutes from closing but I got here as fast as I could. The girl behind the counter was still super nice and said it was no problem to make me a drink. She made it so good and so fast and she was still so nice I felt she deserved some credit for her good attitude. I called back to get her name but the connection was kinda bad on my end. I think her name was Pollyanna or Alianna, or similar. She was super nice. Thank you!
Great customer service - always have a smile served with my coffee
I had to get up really early to go take my car in for service and decided I should get some coffee. I normally don't, I'm trying to cut down on how much caffeine I drink which is normally and sodas and teas, but I decided that a small coffee would be okay for today since I was awake so early. The employees at the Starbucks knew almost everyone who came in, I thought that was absolutely beautiful. Everyone knew where to stand and since I had ordered online I just sort of followed another guy who walked in an immediately stood in an area that was not the line. As people came up for their drinks. The employees said hi, asked how their family was doing and other things. Though the seems like they were having a very deep conversation They were still able to keep up with everyone's drinks and orders and quickly get them what they need it.
Staff needs to clean asap! Glass enclosure around barista station is covered in splashed dried coffee, flies inside pastry display case, flies around cash register and food prep area. Floor appears to never be swept or mopped, front door glass is covered in hand prints and who knows what else. Managment take control!

I wish I lived in Tracy (nobody said ever) just so I can come to this Starbucks everyday.
This is literally the worst Starbucks half an hour wait for an americano, never fails no customers or busy it’s always a wait
Love this location. Raia is the absolute best barista hands Down! She always has a great smile and an amazing attitude when I walk in!
