They are very friend. Maria (Dani) was very helpful and friendly. The shrimp tacos with salsa was fantastic and the shrimp burritos are delicious. I highly recommend this Rubios.

I called my order in an hour previous they had it to the minute at the top of the hour as I had expected great service... Extremely impressed with the associate that was attending to me she was kind and patient and she made this whole transaction trouble free I highly recommend this ❤️ restaurant. I was a great fan of Rubio's, but now disappointed with this store. I ordered dinner for 4 of us and received only 2 complete orders the 3rd was incomplete and the 4th was totally missing. This has happened once earlier also. If I was given an option of giving no star I would have definitely done that.Now, I don't want to visit you guys-reason incompetent staff.
Oddly, was closed last Sunday. Food was fresh and prepared on time. Convenient/close to the highway.
Please get it together. You guys never give the right order and you guys need to use better judgement when hiring because you guys take forever and it seems there is unnecessary drama. Idk you guys are just not the move. Also food is wack sometimes.
I haven't been to Rubio's for years. That was a mistake. I enjoyed a couple fish tacos. Very good, and I'll return (sooner, this time).

Food was terrible tonight, and took almost 30 minutes to be ready. I will not be back
First off, I LOVE Rubio's! Their fish tacos are great and so are the chips, sauces, etc. Service is usually fast, and staff are friendly. That's what the extra star is for. However, this particular location, I'm sorry to say, is terrible. I thought the first time a couple of nights ago was a one-off --- tonight I had over 50% of items missing and one incorrect dish. I mean, who can forget chips when "extra chips" was ordered (and even printed and attached to the bag haha)? No sauces, incorrect shrimp tacos, and the corn was swimming in creamy cheese. I won't go on. Needs new management, although I'm sure most of the staff are trying their best (I've seen one or two being absolute stars, although another was clearly a sloth in disguise). Again, LOVE Rubio's, though unfortunately I can't order dinner from my local one again! Check your items before leaving the restaurant if picking up, and be aware that your order will either be rushed and cold, or not ready for a long time past the ETA. Maybe third time's a charm?
