Had lots of special requests and Manuel who answer the phone and took my order made them happen. He is a great asset to the Roundtable team! Thanks Manuel!
Don't make me wrong one star not for the pizza.It is for poor customer service! The guy mybe a team leader on sunday afternoon 03/26/22 ( I did get his name) he have very poor communication skills with customer.
Rude and Lazy! Not what it used to be. Hispanic kids jumping on the chairs everywhere and the people working there guaranteed spit on our salads for reporting them and complaining of poor service. We got such bad food poisoning. Disgusting!! Dont waste your time or money here. This location is trash!
Dont waste your time ordering pizza delivery from here, Ive tried multiple times, sadly it's always the sane result. Marlene the evening manager there, is extremely rude and unhelpful. Typical delay time anywhere from 30-45 min . I wish we could get a better one in Tracy we all deserve it.

Wrong pizza, the dough is old, the twists are rock hard, and just found blonde long hairs in our pizza; and none of us have long blonde hair.

Worst customer service ever! Paid $57.23 to wait 40 minutes, checked on the order twice to be told its on its way out now, 3rd time i checked it had been placed in the warmer for an unknown amout of time. We were the ONLY dine in order there. Absolutely unacceptable. The only 2 people that seemed to be working there, were too busy filling up ranch cups and flirting to actually check on the food. Never going back.
I never thought I would give this place a bad review but here it is. Not only are they blaming EVERYTHING on the pandemic, but these kids are so LAZY you'd be better off ordering from Domino's. There's NO SALAD BAR (They said due to COVID-19 it's permanently closed forever)...FOREVER?! THAT'S RIGHT! SHE SAID FOREVER FOLKS! The wait time for pizza is...get this..an hour and 49 minutes. The assistant manager said it would be better if I called in an order during the day between 1-4pm because after 4 it's difficult to get any food. WHAT?!? WOW! I ended up getting a full refund due to her response and a cheap salad that was made in the back with a wait time of 20 minutes. ALL I WANTED WAS A SALAD! THE TIME IT TOOK ME TO ARGUE WITH HER WAS EVEN LONGER! How long does it normally take to make a simple salad?! She made a big deal over the salad bar because she said "Due to covid, everything is closed". So now the whole city of Tracy has to suffer because they said "Due to covid?" WHY ARE THEY EVEN OPEN?!? The owner should be ashamed of himself taking phone orders with a wait time of 1 hour and 57 minutes! Avoid the headache, go to Domino's or Pizza Hut. This place needs to be shut down. (Due to covid) as they say. Lazy people at their finest. Guaranteed a migraine if you come here. They're motto is "Due to covid". Try calling them and I guarantee you'll be put on hold in a quickness. "Due to covid" should be imprinted on all of their work shirts.
