Customer service does need help, I asked for a cup of ice for my baby as it was 100 degrees outside; waited for 30 mins for 3 staff members to decide if it was possible. All 3 kept looking at me but I walked away with no cup of ice, even though I offered to pay for it as I just had bought a drink 45 mins before!

Never been to a quickly that sells pizza. It looked good from what I've seen when people order it. I usually get the tiger milk tea, but the kiwi snow is good as well. The menu has tons of drink options and caters to a lot of people taste.
We love going out. Last night we came to this fine place which we didn’t know before. We spent a lovely time there with excellent cooking and an efficient stuff and a professional chef. We put this restaurant in our list and we shall definitely come back soon. We deeply recommend.
Their drinks are good as well as their finger food. The staff needs some customer service training though. There's a few here that has no business being in the customer facing side of the company.
Great selection of clothing! Friendly accomodating staff that doesn't follow you around like you're going to steal something . Well be back !

Horrible customer service. I got my food with my kids to snack on as we walked around in the mall. They forgot to give me something, and when I came back later with the receipt to let them know, they had it sitting there and tried to give it to me hours later. I complained and told him they would have to make it fresh or just give me a refund. The guy tried to make me feel like it was my fault, went in the back and was yelling back and forth with the manager. He came back out to tell me that they were going to make an exception this once. I told them with that kind of service they would never have to make an exception for me again because they wouldn't have the chance to make the mistake. It was in no way my fault, it was theirs.
