Stopped by for a cocktail and was not disappointed. Mr had a couple of his favorite beers that were on tap and I ordered a crafted cocktail. Very friendly bartender, fast service, not too crowded and the other patrons were friendly too. One of my favorite spots downtown. I didn't get any of the apps or food but I have before and can't wait to again!
This place has a whiskey for everybody! Huge variety and some very fancy and delicious cocktails if you prefer a mixed drink. Great selection of bar food available. And they offer indoor and outdoor seating.
The “owner” didn’t believe me when I said that “I have time today” but I hope I catch her attention now. Every action has a consequence, and when you take the chance to racially profile clients at a very average Tracy bar you may be exposed. Now this post may not affect everyone, but I can tell you that it ruined the start of my birthday weekend, and the owner’s pride to not make things right is my ammunition. By simply giving a handshake to another black man who they deemed too drunk (although there were many “other” men sitting down drunker than he was getting served) changed the bartender’s opinion in terms of serving. They classified us all as one and said we were being “reckless.” She even came back later and realized her mistake but couldn’t admit her wrong and apologize. It’s an average bar at best and this “owner” hides in the back when her bartenders do all the work. For the record, the bartenders did not agree with this woman calling the shots.
We've been here a few times. There's definitely a welcoming ambience and friendly staff. You can't go wrong with any of the drinks. We decided to try some of the food this time around. We got a burger, poke salad, and clam chowder. The clam chowder definitely stood out to me. The poke salad was flavorful and filling. The burger was good as well.
First time here. From out of state. $10pints (lol) of local beer. First pour was short of a full glass by two fingers, and flat. I should’ve said something. (I didn’t think it was a $10 pint initially). Girls were very nice and friendly. Guy bartender was pretty dry. He poured the drinks. Overall atmosphere could be better. Small place, ok, music was too loud for conversation. TVs are too low for viewing. Bartenders and bar keeps we’re blocking view most of the time. Was watching NBA playoff game.If the pints were two or three dollars less, and the bartender had a better attitude, I’d recommend this place, but thirty dollars, with a generous (experience considered) $5 dollar tip for three mediocre craft pints is too steep to consider a long night here.
Very nice, laid-back atmosphere. Bar tenders are knowledgeable of their products and were able to offer fantastic drinks to my friends. They also had Pliny the Elder available. Will absolutely be back.
Awesome drinks and delicious pork belly tacos me and my son had 1st experience was great 5 stars plus .
If you enjoy waiting for 30 minutes after ordering your drinks for them to arrive, your food to come out before your appetizers and drinks, for the servers never to bring drink refills or sauces and for them to completely forget two entrees, then this is your place. 2 hours and still didn't get all of our food. Normally Id be patient if it was busy but here were only 4 occupied tables. The food we did get was good. Cold....but decent.
Came here for a Business dinner , owner was on site, it was treat to sit and talk about the whisky that they make in house.. it was such a great experience ...
I wanted to like this place, and maybe it was just a bad night, but service was slow, the server didn't know whiskey, and my wife's mixed drink was not good. Ambiance was weird with the kitchen spilling into the restaurant in the back. And while they have a ton of whiskey, it's a pretty basic/average selection (i.e., not alot of unique, , limited availability, hard to come by, or expensive bottles). I had high hopes, but there are much better bars for whiskey (both selection and service) in Spokane (Hogwash, Cease and Desist). Can't speak to the food.
