Poor Management: I ordered online for delivery. The order arrived in time as indicated online. When I opened the bag, there was a piece of chicken outside the box in the bag. I opened the box, it seemed like someone has taken bites from the chicken pieces. I called the location to inform of the issue. I simply narrated what I found and the guy responded so rudely asking me why am I calling him if the driver ate the food. I told him that I am simply informing you so that the business is aware of the issue. But he was not open to hear anything and kept saying not to call here if the driver is eating the food.My intent was just to inform so they can talk to the 3rd party whose service they are using for food delivery. With rude customer service and risk of someone eating my food, I am sure, I will never order from here ever again
Management purposefully changed order without telling us and tried to GASLIGHT us. When caught, YELLED and refused to give us a full refund.My family and I went in to Popeyes yesterday and ordered a 14-piece box of spicy chicken. I bit into one piece and realized it was not spicy at all, so my father went to the counter to ask if there had been a mix up. The manager seemed annoyed and curtly said that the chicken was spicy.My mom bit into another piece which also wasn't spicy. So, we went to the counter again and this time, the manager raised their voice at us and said that we were complaining about nothing because they gave us spicy chicken. They acted like we were being Karens who couldn't tell the difference between mild and spicy chicken and continued to yell at us.After a few minutes of arguing back and forth, they finally admitted that they had CHANGED OUR ORDER ON PURPOSE WITHOUT TELLING US. They said that they had run out of spicy chicken and that they replaced 2 pieces with mild. Which would have been totally fine, had they told us. But they didn't tell us, LIED and tried to GASLIGHT us when we politely asked, and acted like we were the crazy Karens for wanting what we had paid for. (Also, we don't know if they only replaced 2 pieces because we only tried 2 of them and they were both mild)We asked for a refund, and they said that they couldn't give us a full refund because we had already bit into the chicken (despite the chicken NOT BEING WHAT WE HAD PAID FOR).Go here if you want to deal with rude, disrespectful workers who mess with your food without telling you, gaslight you and try to make you feel crazy when you complain, and refuse to give you a refund.
Customer service was quick and friendly, but the establishment was very dirty. All of their lids for their drinks were disorganized and smashed, their sweet tea dispenser wasn't even available as it was just a hole in their counter with nothing there. 2 of their drinks were out of order and I was limited to Soda or water. Floors were grimy and counters were disgusting. Will not return to this location, lucky to even receive 2 stars on the account that the food wasn't a complete travesty.
Tastes great,had the shrimp. But the burger buns are kinda flat and unattractive.
Very poor customer service from a guy saying he’s the supervisor and boss there ! Yelled at me through the phone after I called and asked what was going on with my order and why he didn’t want to give it to my dasher (my dasher had messaged me to let me know the employee was arguing with him and being rude and didn’t want to give him my order) and said he can’t give my dasher my order after I had waited for 2 hours. I only gave 3 stars because they are not all the same it was only that one rude employee who he thought was the “boss”
I picked up a doordash order. It was 2 5 piece chicken boxes and when I got there I had to wait for the order to get made which was 10 + minutes when it should have been ready. My delivery was late
DO NOT EAT HERE.I got food poisoning so bad I was bed ridden the next day. I've literally been vomiting all day. 6 times so far in total.7 now. I had to get up and puke while writing this.The water dispenser did not work at the machine and they wanted to argue and tell my significant other that she should just pick a soda, she doesn't drink soda. After 5 minutes of them arguing they gave her a bottle of water finally.The only difference in our orders was that I had coleslaw.Do not eat here unless you wanna feel like you've been poisoned.
Absolute WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Missing items from our order 4 items (chicken sandwich, 2 large beans and rice and 1 large mash potatoes) - called spoke to Nasira advised of missing items - then she spoke to a manager in another language so not sure what was said but my name was sure used a lot! Manager got on the phone Dost with no last name….. was the rudest person I have ever spoken to! Unprofessional, jerk, arrogant - Will not be headed to that location unless there is another manger in which he should be in a different field of work!!
This was the worst experience I ever had with a Popeyes. The food was old. At least a day or two. I got 4 crispy chicken sandwiches and they had them premade ready to go. The lady their went behind the kitchen and my family took one bite and the chicken was super chewy. The buns were like rocks. We took one bite and threw them all away. Im pretty sure this place will be closed down soon. Many other reviews on yelp are stating the same thing. This place is a public health risk. Please beware. We did not even ask for our money back and just left.
Fries were just thrown in the bottom of the bag food on top just squished all the fries
