Confusing ?!! When asked about the new chicken sandwich the associate was not clear on what he was trying to say!!The bagels are always great!!.The chicken soup can definitely use more noodles!! As much as they charge for a cup!!
Inconsistent and bad coffee. Staff is nice, but they don't make up for the terrible food.
The food is OK, but be aware on takeout orders. Many times we get home to find missing items that we ordered. Of course when you come tact them they say come back and they will give you your missed item. But that is nonsense. They really need to check their orders and confirm that everything is in the bag before they hand it to you. For that reason they only get rated 2 stars from me.
Thanks for the dry bagel. No cream cheese despite ordering it. No knife.Come regularly and I have never had them get an order right the first time. You literally have to check every item before you leave the store.
I am on the unlimited $9/month coffee. I go here almost daily early A.M.They hit some bumpy road with shortages of people but since mid October 2021 are functioning well within the dining area.My wife and I also usually go here later for lunch or dinner. Our favorites are the Pick2. Soup and sandwich. Sometimes the Flatbreads.Reliable, friendly good food and service. ??

I ordered Panera because I love their Napa Chicken Almond sandwiches. However, I was in a sticky situation after a mistake made on my end. I called and spoke to the manager, Morgan, and she helped me out with it. She was a great sport about it and provided wonderful customer service. 10/10 for Morgan. And the food's delicious as well.
Love coming here for the grilled cheese and tomato soup. Delicious! Very friendly staff! Definitely will be coming back for more!
