Tonight my family went to Olive Garden after our Easter dinner plans fell through. Upon arrival the host stand was so welcoming! They promptly sat us and our server, Jenny, greeted us warmly. I cannot say enough kind things about our server. She took SUCH great care of us. You can tell she loves her job but also loves people. Jenny, THANK you for your WORLD CLASS service. As a former server myself, I see your hard work ethic and genuine kindness. We will be back! (My little daughter thanks you for the extra beans in her soup ♥️)
This was my second time there in about 5 weeks and the person taking the take out order displayed absolutely no customer connection. Her actions were as if she did not want to be there. I will have to really want some Italian food to go back there again.
We were in a group of nine and had dinner here. Everybody appeared to be satisfied with their dishes. For example, the chicken margarita with very tasty. They also have some good options for kids. As an appetizer we would recommend either the mozzarella sticks or the artichoke spinach dip. Prices are pretty reasonable for an establishment such as this. And there is plenty of free parking outside. our waiter was courteous although he might have checked in on us more and refilled our drinks. But overall a very satisfactory dining experience.
Pretty great food I had the seafood AlfredoLove going here with my family
Ordered online. Easy. Pick up, easy.People, very nice.Food: soup, good. Salad as expected.Calamari, OK. (Too many bread sticks.)I got the Tour of Italy. Blah. Bland. Flavorless...except tomatoe. Usually in Italian food you can at least get notes of herbs; Oregano, basil...garlic, olive oil...and, was there cheese?Very dissapointing. Will NOT be back.
The food was very good. The waitress did not come around often enough. We had to keep trying to flag her down. She was spending a lot of time at other tables but not ours. Finally had to call the manager over to get our receipt.
We went on Monday night for dinner to celebrate birthday. Firstly they didn't take reservations on phone when I called upfront. Second, they don't have option to join waitlist through app which all the other Olive Garden locations have. We waited for 45minutes, got table at 8:30pm. It took a while for the waitress to come and serve our table, We ordered some food and the waitress forgot 3 items form what we ordered. No one came back and checked how food is and when we told her that she forgot the items she said oh do you still want that, you can cancel them and I will not bill that. If we don't want we wouldn't have ordered in the first place. Between all of this there are 3 families in the restaurant still eating including us and the staff started putting the chairs and tables up and started vacuuming. Seriously? People are still dining and vacuuming and cleaning on our faces? So disappointed and very bad experience. olive Garden is one restaurant my entire family likes and we had good experience with other locations. Definitely not coming back to Tracy location.
I have NEVER been disappointed every time I come to this location =]. I almost always either get a soup and salad or just cheese ravioli. The service has always been amazing and the staff friendly. I have been coming here for years and each time has been a good visit. Sure people may make fun of how its "not real italian food" but who cares? It tastes good and they have great drinks.
We just had all you can eat soup and salad with calamari appetizers. Sooo good. Service was great, Wanda was great. Excellent waitress.
Great food delicious
