I just ordered a pizza because my son that just came home from being overseas in the army is craving.Well I had to call three time and two out of three times I was hung up on so apparently 3rd time is a charm, the girl answered but definitely rushed me through my order and made me feel like I was interrupting her.I’ve been in the food and beverage industry for over 15 years as well as owning my own establishment so I have a pretty good idea what customer service is and how I would like my employees to be in person and over the phone.This was by far the worst over the phone customer service I have ever experienced. I don’t write reviews because I feel that most people are disgruntled but dear lord. To the management please give your employees some training on in person or over the phone customer service. That goes a long way.
Ordered for pick up, told me 30mins. Came 40 mins later and they told me to wait another 30mins. That should not happen when you literally 20 people working or should I say standing around.
Call to order a pizza and I guess I accidentally ordered at the shultze but wanted Grant line it would be nice if they answered the phone mountain Mike's on Grant line etc
Ordered from the one near Tracy Savemart, the pizza was tasty though a bit pricey.Make sure to ask for unburnt crust (unless you want it burnt)
Quality and taste is getting bad on the last few orders I have got. I got a order of Mozzarella sticks they were not good. Not as good as in the pass. Need to improve. Price’s are also getting a little high for a pizza.
I order extra large paneer pizza and 12 wings spend 57.53 dollars asked for chill flakes and ranch and rudely they hand me 2 pack of ranch with extra large pizza and no chili flakes cuz they were too busy talking to each other . Worst experience and waste of money will never come back to this location cheap place .

The workers are great, friendly and courteous. We ordered a pizza and a couple of beers. Everything was great until my wife wanted a soda. I order the soda. I am given the price. It was $2.70 for a medium soda. I started thinking if a soda cost so much how much did I pay for the tiny beers. Then I got mad. They are overcharging the consumer for things that cost them cents or serve.Then I thought…. Maybe they are overcharging because they pay their employees a living wage. Maybe I was wrong. So I asked the workers, did you get a raise when the cost of living skyrocketed?Their answer was no, they have limited hours and minimum wage. So where does the extra money go?We decided to take our order to go. Probably won’t go back.When we got home and ate out pizza, it was like oh my gosh this might be the best pizza I have ever had.Go figure.

Best pizza in Tracy for carryout or delivery. Use the coupons and it is a decent value as well. Combo pizzas are still around $24 if you ask for a coupon price when ordering. The staff is reasonable about giving a discount when you ask for coupon prices.
