My husband and I have been to Mikasa twice and the food is not very good. Both in quality and flavor. The servers don’t know how to answer questions about the dishes.
Delicious spicy mussels and 2 orders of oysters as well as soft shell crab I would say I feel like the side dipping should be something with a hint of spice other than service was great and very attentive
Delicious sushi and had an amazing waiter who double checked that we got all we needed and that the order is correct.
You are paying for less worth than you are getting. California roll is sub par and the Bento Box is filled with too much rice and less meat. Pot stickers tasted like frozen pot stickers that were thrown into an air fryer. Sushi restaurants in the Bay Area have more value for your money, but with the limited options in Tracy, you get less than what you pay for at the cost of being more convenient to the residents of Tracy.
Great customer service and food was ok I ordered fried California rolls and when I got them they were a lil stale and the spicy beef dish was good but it was too salty to really fully enjoy it . Everything else was delicious though.
Had went here a couple times while working in the area and just recently took the family. Great food!!
Always have an amazing experience here! I am a local resident in Tracy and local business owner and I have to say between their location here and in Lathrop you can always catch me at least twice a month at either one. Come here if you want good service and amazing sushi!
If you like over-sized, tasteless, and poorly made sushi with roaches in it, this is the spot for you! Seriously, how this dirty joint is still in business or manages to get any customers amazes me. Do yourself a favor and go to Matsuyama otherwise you like to throw money away.
Order the honey walnut shrimp roll and it had a raw fish taste and smell later on that night me and my daughter felt ill and both got rashes all over our body I had to go to the E.R specially cus I'm pregnant don't need any food harming my baby ..will not be ordering from this restaurant anymore ?
Mikasa was at one point the best sushi place. I always rave about their food and fair prices. However since the pandemic and their re-opening the quality of service and food has dramatically suffered. I’ve read several reviews about people getting food poisoning. My family recently experienced the same- food poisoning. We will not be dining there anymore or any time soon. That is too bad because prior to this we were there at least twice a week.
