Today 5/31/2022 at 3:07 pm I visit this McDonald's with kids. I took my kids for lunch after a long time after COVID been left. When I ordered my food, I asked specific food, and the person who took my order said she got everything right. Then I asked her since there is no soda machine where can I do refill if need to? The lady said you come ask at countertop and we do refill. When my food came, it was placed in the bag like trash, fries were old brown and hard, my sandwich were not correct either, worse non of the employees were looking at me while I was standing by countertop. They were laughing with each, some were talking in cell, the person who took my, I was told that she is a manager, and I asked to talk to her, a guy came to the counter and I the manager what you want? I asked him that I refill for my small soda drink, he refused, then he turned around gone and came back and due to we do not do refill for drinks. I told what I was told but he ignored and said, NO refill. I asked him to give the customer service number for complain but he refused, he was refusing providing employees name too. Then he walked away and everyone else didn't even bother as I was excuse me, excuse me, no were listening except laughing. Service was poor, employees were un professional, no one care, they were just laughing, and talking. I have even called and left a message in the number that was listed in my recite for comment. So this a poor, poor, poor employees, poor service. I thought after COVID, customer service would be the first priority for fast food business but didn't know that they would hire judgment were poor too.i hope that cooperate office call me. I don't want anyone else get treated bad like me at this McDonald's.

Let's be honest you don't go to McDonald's for a good dining experience, but this was unbelievable. Wait in the drive through for 15+ minutes and never move an inch or even hear the speaker come on for either line. Notice the parking lot is empty and the dining room is open so figure I'll order inside hoping it's faster. 4 employees looked at me, yet never acknowledged my existence. 1 of them kept repeatedly looking at me, and yet never bothered to even say "just a second." I finally just left when they started filling the cookie display right in front of me, yet again while pretending I don't exist.To say the service was awful wouldn't do it justice, to say the staff working there arent trained to any standard higher than "pathetic" would be a lie as well. To the manager there, I hope you are fired for the service there, let alone the employees under you. And for all the employees here, at that point it's just basic common sense to tell someone it'll be a minute, and yet the most BASIC thing to do still escaped you. But I guess that's what you get with McDonald's, a horrible experience with people who don't care about anything at all and never will. Never going back not only to this one, but to any McDonald's ever again after this.

This place has gone downhill for a while now. Got a mcdouble, a mcchicken, and a large fry. Recieved a medium fry instead of large. There was no napkins in the bag. My mc double had one regular sized patty and one half patty. Not sure what the deal is but this will be my last time at this location. Between this situation and the countless times ive recieved the wrong order Im suprised this place hasnt been closed down already...

The worst service here I don’t recommendI ask for a large sprite they give me a large fríesManagers refuse to exchange the fries for the sprite also I ask for a crispy chicken sandwich and the only put the chicken and the bread no tomatoes no lettuce no mayo or any kind of sauce

wow I don't know what's happening in this place there are several times I've gone to buy something for breakfast and they give me one thing for another and today I went to grab a coffee and some strawberry feet and the person who attended me was charging and serving at the same time and for me there is no problem with that, it's fine but he is serving and taking the money without gloves and the worst thing is that he gave me my feet without the box in which they usually come, he just put them in a regular bag and not I know whether to eat them because I think I take them with the hands with which he is also taking the money

Was missing my nuggets and sauces , was told to park and park as waiting for bout 15 min and when got food it was cold

Drive thru quick no total or repeat or display of what I ordered. Car cut in front of me, instead of waiting their turn, got person confused about my order...got order, cold, wrong sandwich, ordered large fry and order was a small order in large fry holder...I should return & get what I actually ordered not going back with lines & confused staff!!! I tossed in trash & will never do Mc donalds!! In & Out had long line, would have been quicker, better & hot probably quicker too!! Argh!!

Today I bought food I saw employees working in kitchen no one was wearing gloves the lady putting fries in bag without wearing gloves we all know the covid 19 is spreading very fast I asked them why you guys are not wearing gloves then they start making fun of me and saying oh this is not necessary, I am sure the manager does not know about them.it was 9:45pm shift. I will also report to health department. This is not good.

for the high price burger I paid to receive my burger like this. very disappointing

I just came through the drive through and ordered a 10 pieces nugget meal. I asked for cook to order. I was given refried nuggets and fries. I know how long it takes for fresh nuggets and fries to cook because I worked for McDonald’s as crew and as a shift manager. I understand the food was dropped accidentally, but come on. I was also given tomatoes instead of the side of pickles. It is very rare that I complain about McDonald’s, but this wasn’t a pleasant experience.
