Drive thru crowded decided to go inside for take out. Dirty trash everywhere. No one at counter used kiosk. Placed order kiosk clearly said card payments, used card, machine said can't use cards at this time take printed receipt to counter to pay cash. No receipt printed & groups of ppl waiting for orders. Waited 15 minutes nothing..I left. Who knows if my order processed!!
I went through the drive thru to get a quick snack. These were the best chicken mcnuggets I've ever had! They were hot and crunchy yet juicy... amazing!
I never leave a comment before Drive thru problem do not go to this McDonald's at 10:10pm on a Sunday they close so early online say they close at 11pm. I understand workers want to go home I understand closing 30 to 20 min early is fine but closing 50min early come on that crazy. I waited 15 min and left I came to buy a happy meal for my kid only very disappointed also car behind me left too.
I waited 5 minutes for customer service to be yelled to use the kiosk. I told them I didn't have a card just cash and she argued with me to use kiosk again. Then she said oh well we aren't using the register. Very very f....... Rude manager. Won't go there again and will tell everyone I know how rude they are there.
Dirty. Broken restroom urinal. Soap dispenser broke. Dirty dinning area. No Cherry Coke and other flavors because soda machine wasn't there.
Seems like there is always a line at the drive through. It takes a bit of time even if you are close to the order spots. Food is good.
I hate this place. They take forever and a day for one lousy cheeseburger. The double drive thru is pointless. They only have one person working both of them! Screw that double drive thru. It's a scam.
This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Service was slow, employees were rude and when I got my burger the whole thing was covered in ketchup, and lettuce was old and smelled rotten. I would never again come here.
The worst franchise in town. Bought a sandwich today. Bread was ice cold, cheese not even melted. Asked for them to make a new one. They abliged, but still failed. Second sandwich was also cold, and not melted...avoid this location if you can.
Everytime I come here they take forever and even if there is no line im always waiting out front. Worst McDonald's ever!
