Been here a few times and very consistent on food and service. Had the Chilean Salmon and it was phenomenal!!!! Tried the potatoes crisps as an App but would recommend getting the BC sauce on the side. Pretty much finished the chips b4 I noticed a puddle of sauce @ the bottom of the paper cone. But definitely look forward to my next visit.
A real hidden gem in Tracy. The food was really good. Got some empanadas and also the prime rib bites, both made with a nice flaky pastry bread. Then we got the Rib eye cooked medium to perfection and we also got the prawn fettuccine. Everything was wonderful but I have a small complaint about the amount of time it took for our food to make it to the table.We arrived by 430pm and the restaurant didn't look too busy at all.Overall a good experience.
The worst food and service.Went last night waited an hour for our food that was horrible.Ordered the spicy shrimp appetizer the shrimp was cold and rubbery the clam chowder was nasty they don’t give you bread and butter you have to pay extra for it,,, needless to say we will never return.After we left we took a ride on 10 street and 6 th street.The 135 restaurant was packed the station the same way.And so we’re all the other restaurants down town tracy had people eating inside and outside.The M&J should close their door!!Very disappointed with this place very overpriced and the worst food ever !!

Just went for the first time and wow! Delicious food, friendly staff, great atmosphere. We felt extremely welcomed. I wouldn't say the meals are cheap but definitely worth the price. The service is exceptional. Felt like we had been dining there a long time. You don't have to go downtown for the only fine dining around. Highly recommend!
What a gem of a restaurant! Was looking for a restaurant to celebrate an anniversary. Decided to give M & J a try based on their online menu. Also, it's located near me. We had an incredible dinner, great service and chatted with an owner after our meal. Not fancy decor, but quite comfortable and pleasant. You won't be disappointed! It's now our go-to place!
Today I needed to purchase dinner for my husband and BIL’s birthday. My sister and I wanted something nice for both of them because they deserve it. I stumbled across M & J in my search. I called in to order and I was wowed, the service over the exceeded my service expectations ( Service is everything for me, I am not wowed easily. I placed an order to go for pickup at 5pm. Everything was perfect for each man. Let me tell you that my husband and BIL did not have any complaints. This will now be our go to. Thank you so much M & J Bistro

Nice atmosphere, pretty good food my sandwich could have used a little more mushrooms and sauce, but, overall it was tasty!
