Wasted almost $40 and unfortunately nothing was worth it . The boxed strawberries tasted really bad as if they were expired already…. Would not recommend
With all due respect to the workers, my family and I were attended very well. The actual ice cream, in comparison, was a load of horse feces. Every ice cream is loaded with nuts. I ordered cappuchino-flavored ice cream, and it had walnuts in it. Like, WHAT WAS THE REASON?!?!? They ought to look into making the chopped nuts optional, not everybody likes the soft texture of ice cream combined with the solid feel of chopped up feel of nuts. If you're allergic to any kind of nuts, do not come here.
The ice cream here is the best in town, the staff is very friendly, the place is immaculate.Enjoyable experience every time I've been there, outside seating as well. The rice pudding ice cream is SOO delish, gotta try.it
Came in and there was only two of us waiting and only one employee. She was doing something in the back and then coming back to the front. It was obvious she saw us but continued doing what she was doing. After 5 minutes she decided to acknowledge the customer ahead of me. The customer service sucked.
They are soooooo slow.... They take for ever to make your order. Even if theres no line they take for ever. The employees act like if they are sick to there stomach to help you out.
The ladies working literally skip you in line like they don’t see you and the TV menu layout is terrible

The place is so fun and bright! So many options to choose from. My niece spilled her smoothie and the manager or owner offered to give her an entire new one- for free! They were all so kind! I’ll absolutely go back ???
Really great service, although the line was long when i entered it moved pretty quickly. The worker named Evelyn was the one who helped me out, and she was super sweet and gave really good recommendations to try out. Felt bad because i kept asking a lot of questions hahaha but she was a great help, def will come again
