If I could give 0 stars I would. I have given this business more then 3 opportunities to get my orders right and they have failed miserably evey time. This is the last and final time. I will never go back. The order was missing an itme and I was charged for items I did not order. Person behind the counter just assumed I was ordering items I didn't ask for.
I love LnL, it’s way better than oNo. I usually get the chicken katsu. Today it was a little dry but that ain’t nothing a little sauce can fix. I wish I would’ve asked for 2 scoops mac instead of rice because it was bussin on god on god.
The portions are large. Staff was friendly. I ordered the teriyaki chicken, but it didn't seem to have sauce on it. They did give me some sauce on the side. I would have liked the macaroni salad in a separate container. Otherwise it was great. I will go back again
Used to love this place but not anymore because of the bad customer service.My family comes here twice a month because the food is delicious and the service was good. We have guests coming over so we decided to get LnL instead of Chinese. So we ordered 2 party trays.When I picked up my food, I was asking for thebsauce. The cashier said, there's no sauce. I said "no sauce", what! Then what's this, me holding the bottle of sauce? The cook (prob the mgr/owner) says that's Teriyaki sauce. I said, yes that's the sauce. Can I have some for the 2 trays I ordered. The owner says we charge for it. I said, oh ok I didn't know. This is the first time I ordered them party tray. The cashier was very rude and not very nice. We'll both of them.When we dine in, you get get as much sauce as you want. But a party tray and spending hella money. No sauce! Are you kidding me.Anyways, sorry for the long review. They just lost many customers.
I have gotten this plate so many times Barbecue mix but today, I order an extra barbecue ribs it was $3.95 per rib.. got home open up the plate abs this is what I have in the plate …?? So you mean to tell me I just pay an extra rib for $4 but I didn’t get it ? On top of that I asked to be put in a separate plates, but they didn’t even do that?♀️ If I could put no stars I would smh
I only eat the Kahlua pork from her but my family eats every thing. My wife lived in islands and states this place is pretty good. I think it is good and clean
This location has extra stuff in the menu that sets themselves apart from the rest of the L&Ls. They offer malasadas, filipino breakfasts, gravy fries and much more comfort foods you get in Hawaii.

Two things I normally eat here ,same breaded chicken, I forgot the name and the other like teriyaki chicken, alway nice flavor over all.
They have good food there. They didn't had all the menu when I went. That was the only down side. I did like the customer service there. It wasn't all annoying like some other places.
