Daughter was with me and she liked it.She said it doesn't taste like store bought
First time in for dinner last night. Was quickly seated, drink ordered and had a chance to look at the menu. We shared the garlic edamame, green Dragon roll and a crazy roll. Also ordered a dinner box to go. The edamame was great. Little punch of heat but not overpowering. Loved the rolls, the sauce added good flavor. The rolls were fresh. Fast service, excellent customer service, good price point. Cute and clean location. One bathroom and it was clean and well stocked. Nice atmosphere. Loved our visit and can't wait to go back!
ABSOLUTELY worth every penny spent! We had the most flavorful Sushi here!!! BEST EVER!!! I wasn't a fan of the assorted fish bowl and greens but the top notch sushi keeps Kengo a 5 star restaurant for me. Our waiter forgot our edamame and didn't fill our waters so there could be some improvements. But overall a good experience where we'll come back for more.
I had a decent experience at Kengo Sushi. The food was delicious, service was good, only thing that was concerning is that the place didn't seem too clean. Table we sat at still had somw crumbs, napkins had a food stain on them, menu's were greasy, overall it just seems like they could do a better job when cleaning up their tables after they have been used.
First time here in quite a long time. The food was good and the staff was great. Rolls are decent sized and price is on par with similar places.
Excelente and fast service. Plenty of choices. Every time we go it's ALWAYS clean... nice and relaxing ambiance..
Not good tonight tempura was mushy and beef was very fatty usually much better but no tonight
A bit pricey. But the quality is there! I especially loved the salmon. But the Mackerel and Yellowtail were good too! The green tea wasn't brewed at the right temperature, so that was a bust. But it was so cute how they brought it out in a tiny teapot. The presentation was good. The service is very fast, but my waiter wasn't very friendly. Kept looking at me with big eyes but didn't smile? I know smiling isn't required but it felt weird because they didn't talk. The part that really made me take a star away was at the end, I was only there 30 minutes (half the restaurant was empty) when she came to take my plate I was going to ask for dessert, but before I could say anything, she just put my check on the table and walked away.Mind you! I hadn't said more than my order to this person. And I was completely silent while I ate! Idk maybe they were having a bad day, but I came here to treat myself. Kinda expect better especially when I'm paying $3 per piece of nigiri.
The sushi was good, but $2.50 for a small can of Dr. Pepper?? Seriously?
The quality of their fish is impeccable. Their sashimi is delicious and fresh. Absolutely love this place! Great service and they have an awesome selection of rolls. Definitely going back!
