After standing in line for more than 10 minutes I get to the counter I ordered my sandwich and then I asked for can I ask for grilled onions and mushrooms which they do offer on the menu I was told we don't do that I informed the gentleman the last 3 times I've ordered from them they have done that then the gentleman proceeds to tell me well I'm the assistant manager and I'm sorry we're not supposed to do that As a paying customer I should be able to get whatever I'd like As I stated I've done it at least 3 times before and it was never an issue so after he copped his attitude I left and I will not be back disappointed
They mess up my ordered, I ask for chicken and got beef. I don't know if I will be back.
Best place ever The food is always hot And I could never get a enough I’m always craving it Plus most of the people there are really nice and don’t give judgmental faces!

Super friendly staff. We had a small issue with our order and Sophia fixed it very quickly even though they were busy. Great customer service all around.
Jersey Mike's, in Tracy, knocks it out of the ballpark!The sandwiches are GREAT & so are the kids that work there.It's always a pleasure to go there, and end up with a happy tummy and a smile on my face! ?
Excellent service and great food. The sub sandwich are amazing
Love this place, just be careful of "Mike's way". This for some reason is the green light to absolutely soak your sandwich with red vinegar / oil to the point where they literally have to squeegee the sandwich board to make the next sandwich. Really guys. A little goes a very long way. Ease up on the liquid on the sandwich and you'll be good.
I haven't had a great sub sandwich until TODAY AT @Jersey Mike's in Tracy, Ca.
Great food great service fast and everyone is happy always clean I'll return
