This is my go to at night when everything around is closed, i mean who doesnt like Jack in the box right? I only gave it a four because occasionally a mistake is made on an order at this store but nobody is perfect. If it really bothers you that they forgot your pickles or whatever I think you are just an angry person because I bet if you just bring the problem to the attention of the staff they will fix it for you and maybe even discount you if you are polite enough. Overall love jack in the box and will continue to go to this store.
The workers in the drive-through window have autism or something and are so stupid, I don’t remember the last time within the last year that I’ve gotten my order ever correctly without complaining every single time to all of them. From now on I will never leave the drive-through window without opening every single piece of my food and unwrapping it and inspecting it before I leave sucks for all the people who have to wait
This "Jack" is some kind of miracle. Like it would be a miracle if this Jack moved out.Noone wants to eat crispy bits of burnt remains from old fries left in the boiler. Clean your grills, your microwave, the surfaces you make our food on.. it NEEDS TO BE CLEANED!!!I hope this finds someone that cares about people's health. We will give this spot 1 more chance before we go full home cooking. Which is probably best at this point.I am not sure why I always find myself with a bad experience with Jack now. I drove all the way from Manteca to eat here because the Manteca location is about the same quality. I need to stop going here.
This is the medium order of French fries I received on my last visit at the drive thru. Also my Sourdough Patty Melt was barely warm, had very few sautéed onions on it and the cheese was cold. Very poor quality of food. I won't be going back to this Jack in the Box on 11th St. in Tracy.
The person forgot to give me my card. And I asked for spicy chicken they are always giving me cluck sandwiches.
12/29/2021 about 10 pm. First, I enjoy Jack in the box and this is the second one that has failed me. The first one I still don't go too. Just to summarize, ordered tiny taco box and got just tiny tacos, I ordered large curly fries and got a small regular. I ordered a cluck sandwich and got spicy. Ordered strawberry dr pepper and got watered down strawberry syrup. Seriously, I work 12 hour days minimum and get this kind of service? I eat here on my cheat days once in a Blue moon now and this is what happends. Not coming back again. This is the second one and not the first time at either place. I'm done. McDonald's all the way at least they know how to make simple food.
Wonderful dim sum joint that is not as greasy as most others and most importantly, its affordable.
Horrible customer service. That manager was just standing play with the French fries machine and on her personal phone.Avoiding eye contact at all costswhat made me mad was that she walked to the register to help out one of the co-worker to clock back in but couldn't help me all I needed was a coffee
This place is on such a great location for business but in fact “Jack” in te “Box” it’s been unable to meet the costumers hungry properly. Doors have closed randomly at this place before 6:00 pm and while I was in line there was about 3 DoorDash drivers came in for delivery pick up they had to wait about 20 min to get their costumers food. Bad too bad place was about 5% indoor costumers not even too busy for such bad service. French fries came up like this most looking like charcoal fries
I come to Jack often. Sometimes it's slow (actually most of the time it's slow). Sometimes Jack gets my order wrong, most of the time it's right. But other fast foods it's the same thing. Customers have to understand there is a shortage of workers especially for fast food restaurants. Your jumbo Jack's and regular tacos are the bomb!?
