Food was good. I have 3 stars because training others when you're the only 2 people in the restaurant causes them to make orders short. I was short 3 tacos and it was a doorr dash order. When I pulled up they weren't busy so I don't think training someone when short of people justifies shorting customers food. I believe they just didn't want to make anymore food because it was a late night meal. So they sealed the bag (like they do for door dash) and called it done.Advice...Open that sealed bag and check your food!
Usually happy with JinBox, however, this visit was a major disappointment! My friend & I ordered at drive-thru. She was very specific about how she wanted her burger, and repeated to confirm. Success?? NO. Got to house...they gave her a completely different sandwich! I ordered same burger, however, didn't realize they're putting Ketchup & Mustard on the Ultimate Cheeseburgers now...yuck!
I go through their drive through a few times a month. The drive through is usually very busy but the line moves fast. The burgers are usually great but about half of my orders contained French fries that were cold and hard.
Was being cheap but paid the price for it , cold fries, sloppy sandwich that had a hard piece of what I hope was bacon inside, looked more like a corner piece of table. Im not sure if the late night staff just doesn't care as much or if it is always this off, I should have paid the extra and stuff that nation's.
I used to enjoy coming here with my husband very often but have noticed that the store been temporarily closed quite often mainly in the night hours. I found this sign once posted outside of this store on the drive thru outdoor metal circular trash can blocking the entrance to the drive thru multiple times. I have made complaints thru jack in the box thru the app and have never heard back from anyone. I can understand if the restaurant is understaffed and that is fine but can you please update all hous to not say 24/7 when that is a lie and false advertising. Quite honestly someone could sue you for doing this. Change the hours on the app, outside the store, and online on Google please. Don't like being sidelined at night when I cone expecting for a business to open when it is not. Haven't come back to thus location since it has become in mind unreliable to be opened to hours specified.
We had the place to our selves. It felt good to be out.the kids where very nice and the bathroom was clean.
The servers are friendly, they get my orders right. The drive through is pretty quick. The food is good.
Staff was really friendly, food was ok. In the way of fast food it's a decent place to stop for a quick bite.
I wanted to get a salad and I knew that Jack in the Box offered them, so I got the Club. It was very refreshing and just what I wanted.
They got our orders right the first time, which is more than I can say for other fast food places. And the food was great!!?
