Good service , food was good and unlimited plate refills after 4pm.
The Food was delicious ate everything!!Now the Customer service is another storyDid not feel welcomed at all I guess dinning closes at 8:30pm which they should post somewhere so I went at 8:10pm there were a bunch of people still eating at there tables and the lady with the blonde hair told me we are closing soon. I asked her what time do they close she said 9pm but dinning closes at 8:30pm she handed me a plate and told me I would have to take it To go. So, I grabbed my food and as I walked back towards the cashier both and passed all the people that were still eating at their tables and more people grabbing more food at the buffet line I couldn’t help but feel awkward and embarrassed for being there
A good place in Tracy. Customers serve their food, so everyone gets their favorite meal. The chefs are nice and always clean the griddle for vegetarians. There appetizers could have vegetarian friendly though.
The service was terrible, floors were greasy and dirty, the bar was a terrible mess and some of the vegetables were not filled. The grill was nasty. The next day we woke up with a stomach ache. Unfortunately we will not be returning.
Okay, so once upon a time I loved this place. However, today I am not sure if I will ever go back. I have never been talked to by someone so rude. I was made to feel like I was interrupting his conversation. As I was making my bowl I went towards the fridge and asked if I could get some tomatoes and corn. The guy looked at me and said that it would cost extra. I told him I had never been charged extra before. He said that is because it is for dinner and it is lunch time now. I turned to my husband and he said to get it. I turned back around and said okay, I will pay extra. He ignored me. When another man came from the kitchen area, I asked him if I could get some tomatoes and corn. The first guy looked at me and said that will be an extra charge. I, after being ignored, raised my voice louder so he could hear me this time. I Also, hit my hands and said, I said I would pay the extra. He heard me that time because he stated that I didn't have to "yell at him like that". He is right I didn't have to yell at him like that. However, he could have helped me out the first time I asked. He never even moved. I felt like he only told me that it was extra because he didn't want to bring it out to me in the first place. The sad part is, my husband and I really like this place. I never yell at server's. The young lady in the front was so helpful and sweet. I feel bad that she has to work with someone who is so rude. I have made review videos about this place. I admit I should not have had the reaction I had, but it came from his actions on how he was talking to me and ignoring me.
Customer service is always great. Except for that old Latino guy that grills the food for you. You would think that he would know how to interact with people being that he’s worked there for years. He was so rude to my mom the last time I was here. Not okay.
The food is amazing and the staff is so friendly, I love it there.
Is all you can eat stir fried bowls.Delicious.
Nice taste. Taste depends on you as you pick vegetables and sauces to go with your noodles.
