We’ve recently order several times both for pick up and delivery from this location and the food has been very tasty!! Made as ordered, flavorful and a good bargain for the price. If you like spice try the Cajun fries. On recommendation, however, skip the jalapeños, they never seem to be spicy. Nice, good size, outdoor seating area. A must do and eat!

Ordered online for pickup and when we got there 10 minutes later the place was closed. Turns out they closed an hour early but didn't turn off online ordering.Next day the manager reaches out to me and wants to put me on an "owe list" in lieu of a refund. I asked for an email confirmation and when I got it, the amount was lower than what they promised me.At this point I have no interest in being on a list, I just want my money back or a gift card. Well they say they cant tender out gift cards so I guess I'm waiting 7 days for my refund. Just a really bad experience and as much as we like the burgers here, its not worth the headache. We can make our own for a 3rd of the price in the time it takes to drive there and back and without the stress.

For some reason they're french fries were way too salty and they're more like really really dark brown fries which was not like that before I do not like their fries too hard and there's no taste just saltiness

The burger itself is expensive for that price it wasn't worthed to pay for. The burger tasted ok. The bottom of the bun was saggy and it needs to be toasted. And the fries was really salty.

Order was placed online and 20 minutes later we went to pick it up. From our house to 5 guys it takes approximately 20 minutes to get there. Hoping to pick it up n leave we sat there for another 26 minutes to get our order. Now drive home for another 20 minutes. So for 6 burgers, 2 shakes n 2 fries it took approximately 1 1/2 hours. And then it was also an expensive order ($90.00). Although they were very good it was crazy about the time. I totally understand being under staffed but the manager or whoever was in charge should have called in help. I may change my mind the next time I want a burger. The staff on hand should be acknowledged for doing their best.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good and service was fast.

Very interesting… Google maps shows that it’s open at 10:00 am, and in a store door it says open at 11:00 am, but employees told that they will open at 12:00 noon. Today is Friday. Hmmmm… Waisted time..

This is directed towards management/ owners, because as a business owner myself, I would want you to be fully aware of the impression your staff is giving patrons.1. This location rarely picks up the phone, but if they do, they sound genuinely sour and angry to be there. The cold tone is painful to interact with and getting a general answer from someone is like pulling teeth. Today is November 9, 2021, I would say this is mostly directed to whoever was on staff today. Please note, the reason for calling at all is due to inconsistent operating hours as of late - wanted to confirm they were indeed open.2. My husband entered this location to put in an order (given the phone call was so unsettling) and nobody greeted him despite seeing him enter. He stood there 3 minutes before realizing he was unwelcome and the same staff we likely encountered hours earlier on the phone, or similar, was still present. He called me from the parking lot to say that he felt the food would likely be poorly made based on the attitudes of the workers currently on staff.... and that masks were halfway down their faces. Bottom line, he is one of the nicest people you'll meet and somehow they made him leave3. The last time we DID take the risk of eating here, weeks ago (because we otherwise love this restaurant chain), I had a genuine piece of receipt inside my burger. Quite a bummer to find. All of this is avoidable with decent employees with decent attitudes, proper food handling and sense. I am confident this is easier said than done given the difficult in attracting good talent these days, but this is really hurting this particular location and that cant be good for ROI.

Took about 30 minutes just for fries and two hotdogs and a large shack. Very disappointed with how little effort the staff plus’s management to help the customers.

Food was cooked to order and served fresh and hot. Let's face it, Five Guys are a little expensive, but the burger and fries are one of the best out there.
