It was my first time at this Domino’s location. We ordered seven pizzas for my son’s birthday through the mobile app. They were all correctly made on time. I chose Carside Delivery and an employee carried all the boxes to my car within two minutes of checking in on the app. Impressive! They also included a free medium cheese pizza in my order that I noticed after going home. I cannot speak to the in store dining experience though. I’d definitely get pizza from them again.
I don't know if it is me that I'm not used to it or what, but to me it was spicy as hell. Also a bit burned; cheese was hard to find and pepperoni was crunchy due to it.I'm still on 3 Tums a day for this
Last night was very disappointed with service I was given the time to be ready and wasn't ready because they were running behind.So I had to wait another 20 minutes.The least they could have done was given one on the pizzas free or the chicken wings and didn't even apologize.
Don't ever trust the Domino app, it will say an order is complete and when you get there it's still not done. Very frustrating
Nobody wears gloves, if you make my food please use gloves, I don’t know what you touched before you prep my pizza. Need the management attention to this matter.
I have been waiting for my food for aver an hour and 40 mins. The manager said we only have one driver and sorry. She did not even attempt to compensate for the outrageous wait time. Very disappointed just sitting and waiting on my wife and my selfs dinner.......
Garrit the delivery driver was friendly and actually wore a mask which I appreciate. Pizza was warm and delicious. Thank you! Great service and quality was great even at 12am
They don’t answer the phone. They are always busy even though they don’t get a lot of orders. Super unorganized. They don’t use gloves even though we are in a pandemic. I wish I could give this place negative stars!
We ordered a special 3-topping pizza today. They said that it would be 45mins. My husband picked up the pizza in 45 mins. & had to wait another 30 mins.? We had ordered the pepperoni, sausage & onions. Where are the onions? So unhappy with customer service? They did say that they would make him another one with more onions. He was so furious that he did not want to wait another 45 mins. Does anyone know how to make pizzas right nowadays?
