Extremely rude employees. Dont know how to treat customers. Rolled her eyes at me. I was waiting for an online order and I understand the store was busy but I was in no way rude about it. Literally all I did was look in their direction wondering when they would grab the order that was already made a long time ago from the freezer and hand it to me. The only words I said were thankyou and upon saying that the girl said nothing back and gave me a huge eye roll. Ridiculous

I ordered ice cream but it all melted?

Overrun by unprofessional and rude teenagers who can’t count and expect customers to repeat the entire order so they can push the right buttons

Horrible service at this location. Almost gave wrong size and had to be told correct size of ice cream. Also the creation I order was completely wrong so I called and the employee refused to put a manager and when I kept asking he then told me that the manager doesn't want to talk and refused to come to phone. Employer said he didnt want to talk to me and employee would not give managers name at all. We went back to get correct order.

I just got back home after ordering two signature creations in the I love it size. Once I opened the lid, I realize they served one of my orders in the I like it size and then inserted it in the I love it size. They could have honestly just said they accidentally made the smaller version but they charged me for the bigger size anyways…

I could give even Zero or negative stars if i had a chance. I order custom cake for my daughter's birthday and they completely took order wrong and provided a normal plain cake. They made me wait for 30 mins and does not take any responsibility for the mistake. I would never visit this place again.

These guys are really awesomeTheir service is really goodAnd Ice creams are really love itthey are very pleasant and cheerful in attending to customers. We had to wait due to the 4 people inside the store requirement but it was totally worth waiting for. Don't forget to tip the staff if enjoyed watching them make your treat.

I have had the most pleasant and wonderful experience today. Despite the crowds and heat outside the employees bustled and worked diligently. I was helped in a timely manner and received amazing customer service from one particular employee. Her name is Amelia L, and she did a phenomenal job. She was pleasant and helpful. Her customer service was some of the best I've had, and her entire demeanor was positive.

I had a pretty poor-experience the other night by this franchise's location's staff. I took my girlfriend with me to go 'attempt' to get some ice cream the other night, and ultimately ended up waiting for over 20 minutes in the line outside. I understand that with the recent restrictions, that it is necessary for it to be this way - however, given that there's only 4 individual-groups allowed within the store at one time, it should have taken much less time than it did. This was compounded by the fact that everyone (along with us, who were outside) noticed that the employees were simply talking amongst each other, and not really attempting to speed the wait along.Sadly, the worst part was that the hours stated that they were open on here until 23:00 (11pm), but we were told that the "last customers" were being served; being the people right in-front of us in line, and so we were told to leave. Seemed like management could use re-training, or at the least - remedial communication training, considering they couldn't even be bothered to come outside and let us all know that they were closing shortly; instead, we ended up having to be the ones to let everyone else know that service would be discontinued.Overall, this certainly left a lasting-impression of this store's location, and we will likely pursue alternatives; rather than return to this store. It really is too bad, as they certainly left a lot of people upset over that, and i'm sure we aren't the only ones who feel the same way. Wish I could give it 0/5 stars, as ice cream was not even attainable, but suffice it to say, there's a dire need for reorganization from their leadership. I hope this was useful, and assisting, to anyone who is considering going there - particularly if you're on a time-crunch of some sort.
