Love this place, it's like a second kitchen except with more food and great drinks. Their mules are to die for, and service is great! Glad to be in the same neighborhood with them!
Umm half the ingredients in my burrito were missing, the cheese, sour cream and the queso in my burrito that I paid extra for - a bunch of people working yet nobody seemed to acknowledge or handle the pick ups
Food consistency was standard, however customer service was not great, not even good in my opinion. They tried to over charge for prep mistakes they made and didn't even bother to ask what side we were choosing for our kids meals and automatically threw chips into our bag, and when I went to say I wanted the fruit option she just said "yeah I don't think we have any"... ummm ok. Shouldn't you notify the customer prior to having them place the order or at the very least before you throw chips in the bag? Just a thought. I used to love Chipotle but in the past 5 Yrs service has gone downhill.
New to the area. This is the most disorganized and slowest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I love Chipotle and the sad part is that this is the only one available in the Tracy area. They’ve messed up my online order twice. The line is always long. No sense of urgency. Hope things get better
Picked up a burrito from here not that long of a wait to order. Went home not even 10 minutes away. The whole burrito was ice cold. I won't be returning if this is the quality of food they offer

This chipotle created the poorest customer service experience I’ve ever had. I placed an order on the chipotle app for pickup at 7:20. I arrived a couple minutes early and filled my water bottle and hung out to give them a couple more minutes to make my order. After my order was at least 5 minutes late I inquired about its status and the manager replied that it would be ready in ten minutes. I informed her that I could’ve waited in line and had my order done earlier and she replied with a confusing “that’s fine.” I decided to give her the ten minutes she promised, and when that time was about up, another customer that had been waiting the entire time had also starting asking the manager about when his order would be ready. He was a delivery driver who was supposed to pick his order up at 7:10 and was wasting precious time that he could have spent making money. I reminded the manager my order wasn’t ready yet either and she told us that they weren’t going to make any online orders until there was no line in the store, which was very frustrating since the line has already fully cycled more than once in the time I had been waiting for my order. The manger went to the front of the store and locked it in an attempt to end the line growth, which is a major OSHA violation and put all of the employees and customers at risk. We continued to explain to her how it wasn’t fair to make our orders that we had given them half an hour to make and twenty minutes of time in store after making orders for customers that had been waiting for only five minutes. She eventually gave in and made our orders, albeit very sloppily and with extremely small portions. I will definitely not be returning to this chipotle ever again and recommend you do the same. If you do have to come to this location as a last resort do not order it ahead of time, as you will get completely screwed over by the incompetent manager’s preposterous ideas.
Service and speed was great. Probably the most efficient one I have seen around the bay. A little on the smallish side so if you have a group of 4 or more just be mindful during rush hours.
I think there is something wrong with my burrito amd I can't put my hands around it?Jokes aside not saying to avoid this chipotle, just walk in and order from here, their online order from this location is either lazy or too tired to read because this is obviously not a burrito and the portion for the bowl is not even enough to compensate for the lack of tortilla and what ever else is missing because the sour cream hides the salsa if there is any.
Online order took 30 extra minutes even though the store wasn’t very busy, and the staff weren’t very apologetic about it. And they gave me about half the amount of food that other chipotle locations have given me. And they were out of tortillas two hours before closing.
