I love Chilis in Tracy CA! We are there once a week. Great price, Great food, Great service.. (We always eat in the bar area, Ana is so friendly and personable. GREAT at her job.. Highly recommend Tracy Chilis 100%
The upkeep of the restaurant is below par and the alcohol selection was underwhelming. So much so that I had gone through few rounds selecting different options when I was told what I was selected wasn't there. The margarita that was served was the most sugary we had in a long time. The food quality wasn't good as well. I have been to Chilli's before at different locations and the experience was far better than this location. I hope the other locations continue to provide a good experience.
Curbside pick-up is awful. The ETA system given in the confirmation email is inaccurate, so make sure to call ahead before driving there. Waited 30 minutes, called and was told it would be 10 more minutes. 30 minutes later, called and was told they were packing it up. Asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on. Now I'm just waiting for the manager, been on the line 11 minutes so far.
This Chili's is incredibly low key. Which makes me love it. When we need to bring the kids for some decent food and don't want to cook, this is usually the spot and the kids devour the food like vacuums. Like every other Chili's, the food is reasonably priced, so no complaints there. The kids menu is awesome and right up my kids alley. They can easily order, get their food, and inhale it. For wife and I, they have a good variety so when we do visit, we don't have to repeat our orders all the time, and get to change it up. Also a plus. To add to that, it's hardly ever REALLY busy. We usually only have to wait a few minutes before we're seated, no matter what day of the week it is, so another positive check for that. We'll keep visiting for sure!
It seems like they change the menu quite often, so if you're expecting to order one of your favorites, chances are they don't serve it anymore. It took quite a while to get our food even though the restaurant wasn't busy. My spare ribs were lukewarm, the coleslaw was tasteless & the fries were cold-straight from the kitchen. The quality of their food has gone downhill. I doubt I will be returning to this Chili's. Not the birthday dinner I was expecting. ☹️
I'd been wanting and finally went....2x now. I went for happy hr. I FINALLY found my wing spot!!!1st time I had the bartender surprise me with a fruity drink......let me tell u...do-dam-lishus....so good! Got wings...nice and crunchy, tender, good sauce.2nd time I had a dine-in aaannnd a to-go order of wings cuz I wanted to try the other sauces.....mango harbanerro(?), honey chipotle, bbq, and buffalo. The staff is very friendly and there seem to be regulars cuz one of them invited me to become one....lol
Service was great. We had one main guy at a table of 17 including 4 teenage boys and 2 teens and 2 small kids. He was very organized in how he took orders, very attentive and did a good job on refills, fixing an order and making us feel welcome. Food was very good too.
Went there for dinner had a 40 minute wait to be seated and then an hour and a half longer before we got our food. And then the food was subpar ended up making my stomach hurt all night. I have never really been a fan of Chili's but after this experience, it's safe to say that I will never be going to another Chili's again.
good food, great service..I just loved their patron strawberry- flavored margarita..
The service was excellent! We both had the ribeye steak. They were cooked to order perfectly we added the mushrooms on top delicious! I had potatoes and salad and he had potatoes and asparagus. We were stuffed when we left but had a great experience!
