a great tasting burger cooked fresh and french frys that tasted like home made, crisp on the outside and creamy smooth on the inside.
Ordered a trio and a dual. Size is small like others mentioned. The flavor is a bit mild, but overall all 3 kinds (beef, lamb, salmon) are pretty good.
We rarely eat out. We pick a restaurant a month to eat it. Our experience has always been a 5, even when they served me raw chicken. We were eating in and they not only apologized but went above and beyond to make up for it. So beware of raw chicken can kill you.Moving forward to today, I had surgery on Wednesday. My first real meal choice was IM Buffalo style chicken strips with extra ranch sauce. My husband picked it up bc I can't drive right now.The strips were not tossed in sauce: I was given a very small container of wing sauce. The IM chicken strips are a generous amount of chicken so there wasn't enough to cover my chicken. My husband ordered extra ranch- the employee didn't ask how many. And, my husband didn't think to check the order. When my food arrived it was still hot which is nice. But, there wasn't near enough sauce to ensure their generous portion of chicken could be covered by the amount sauce provided.I think we may have to remove this from our list of a handful of restaurants we eat from once a month. I'd have been better off having my non-cooking husband cook them for me..
Straight bomb bomb. I got the grilled chicken and my girl got the Greek lamb. Both highly recommend. Fries are bomb too.
SO glad that they have the Impossible burger! As a vegetarian, fast-food options are limited. My husband really enjoyed their falafel burger (also vegetarian) and the fries are SO good! Everything is made fresh. The cookies-n-cream milkshake was amazing!
My son and I had lunch. I chose the mushroom truffle burger and he chose the wagyu burger. They were both excellent. The fries were cooked perfectly and salted, exactly what you would expect out of a burger place.
We are a bit sad to write this review. We have been coming to Burger IM since the very beginning. We were always impressed with the quality of the food and we loved the special circle frys they had. We live out of town, but Burger IM is one of the restaurants that we frequent when we come to town. It has been a while since we've been in, but we were so sad when they brought out our food. The circle fries were gone, when asked about them, we were told that they had them but now you had to ask for them. We thought they were the standard french fry and had been every time we had gone so how would we know we had to ask for them? He did not offer to get us any. On top of that the third pound dry aged beef burger that I get every time was definitely not the same. It literally could have been a McDonald's Patty. This is the first time we have had a bad experience here, but sadly will not be returning until they go back to the old ways that kept us coming in the first place.
Talk about options! This place is great for people who like to try lots of different things. Can get 3 different sliders, different sides and go to their incredible soda machine and select from more drink options than you've ever seen. They also have a very satisfying keto bun which is a nice change up from ordering lettuce wrapped all the time.
Customer service is a 10/10. I asked if it was possible to eat outside because it was a bit too crowded for me inside, I wasn't aware they didn't have anything set up at the moment but after I went to serve my drink they told me they set up a table outside for me. Knowing how cold it was outside they went ahead and plugged in a heater for cover my side of the table. Very good burgers and fries. Best spot of been to in a while and the best customer service I've ever had.
Terrible place, with terrible service and food. All these new burger places trying to outdo the original burger places like Nations or In N Out, they are just a newer type of chain like Five Guys trying to take over the burger war. They will never win and eventually the novelty will wear off like Krispy Creme and Dunkin Donuts did out here on the west coast. I mean basically it's like all these burger joints trying to out duel the staples like in the coffee business you may as well not even compete with Starbucks because you will ultimately lose. And all this expansion of crud coming from the East or Midwest is just really bad and overpriced. Good luck surviving in a piece of trash town with trash food. I seriously doubt the meats they provide are even the real meats they say. Yuck!
