Man. I usually rate burger kings just average but this one was kinda sad. There was a line for burger King but it seems to be just slow service at the drive thru. Took me like 10 minutes to go through the whole thing. I ordered a milkshake and a bacon cheese burger. They gave me my milkshake first. After 5 minutes they gave me my burger. They're probably short staffed but yeah. There were 3 people at the window helping me for some reason.The food tasted like normal burger king so just expect that. I'm more reviewing the service than anything.
Sad limp cold fries not even cooked all the way, rotten lettuce, lukewarm burger at best. Second time at this location and both times were absolutely trash. It's been about 8 months since my first visit so thought I would try again as it's a busy day and the kid's rarely eat out anywhere. 2 kid's meals and regular meals for a grand total of wasted $40. Embarrassing even for fast food?♂️?????Oh I forgot no lemonade or chocolate milk..Burger King should literally shut this location down to save face or at least have a health inspector take a look.
Never go to this burger King location. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They refuse to answer some questions and ignore people at the drive through. I know these are hard times and people can be rough . But there needs to be a sense of customers service and not just brash rudeness. Im sorry but this staff needs to be retrained in basic if customers comuncation and customer service .
Went to the drive thru Monday around 5 and they messed up one of my burgers and they gladly fixed it so sweet the manager was super sweet I forgot her name but I will definitely come back for there food
Food is always good, don’t expect to get through the drive through quickly on a weekend during lunch or dinner.
Absolutely terrible! Just Waited 20+ minutes to pick up my order with me only being in the drive through… this is what I received vs what was ordered tonight.. can not go back and ask for refund since they have closed now… Person working the night shift in kitchen should be ashamed and let go… I’m sure this is not the first time they pulled this off.
I get you are busy. But your busy and have a horrible attitude. Just close down there is only 3 people working that hate their lives. I feel bad for them but that doesn't mean you can treat customers like an inconvenience
The worst service in town. Sat for 21 minutes in the drive-thru line waiting for one car to get their order. This isn't the first time this happened. Also once witnessed a manager being very rude and yell at a customer inside, who was asking about his order.I left without purchasing anything this time. I won't patronize a business that doesn't understand how to conduct themselves.
Absolutely Terrible! After waiting in line for approx 30 mins (after 10pm) I specifically asked for fresh onion rings, only for them to be cold. When they gave me fresh ones it tasted as if they recooked the onion rings they originally gave me? My Impossible Whopper wasn't even room temperature & the bun was cold (as if it just came out the fridge)... Total waste of my $15.05
Always deals you get the app you get more deals on the rewards for the app but two for six is not bad for a meal and the nuggets or $1.50 for 10 piece which is not bad
