Every single time i’ve eaten here the food is bad and the service is even worse. I really hope that the owners will have a talk with a specific host names Kimberly who was INCREDIBLY rude to me and my friends , she told us to pull up a chair which (as someone who works in a restaurant) i know is a fire hazard and you are literally advised to not let guests do that . she treated me and my friends like children and then ignored our table when we tried to get her attention after twenty minutes of sitting there just waiting. we ended up just leaving and going to applebees
Service was pretty slow, the wings were decent , seemed like they stayed under the heat lamp longer than they should have . It was OK, not bad, but not too good either. With so.many options in Tracy they should up their game a bit to compete .
The food is incredible, the service is outstanding, but everytime I come here the bathroom looks like this...This is inexcusable and flat out DISGUSTING!!! There's urine all over the floor, making it VERY slippery, the smell is atrocious. I had to wipe my feet OUTSIDE of the restroom. SERIOUSLY?!?!?! How does anyone that works here not notice this and fix this?
Unfortunately the service was not only incredibly slow but they got our simple order of wings and sauces wrong, as well as 2 of 3 drink orders...and overcharged us. Also did not receive plates or napkins, which is pretty important for eating wings.
Very bad experience with Togo orders. Wings were very dry even though mentioned it to take care they repeated the same multiple times. This would be the last time. Dont order togos @tracy location.
I placed a take out order by phone.I was told it will take 15 minutes.My order was bogo buy 10 boneless get 10.I asked for added ranch. I was told sorry the bogo offer doesn't include celery or ranch sause, which i was getting for the last couple of months now every week.I was charged extra 3 dollars for a cold food and very old yellowish celery.And to top it off you added 1 dollar for takeout service!!!!If you guys deliberately want to take the brand to the ground, at least you will not make it all at once.
Always hit or miss with adding vegetables, so if you want them. Make sure to double check! Seems in the app you can add them , but sometimes they forget. Excellent food.
Waited 20 minutes to get served. Wings were overcooked. The couple sitting next to me who arrived 10 minutes after me got their food before me. Took a while to get my 2nd cocktail as well. The place was not busy either.
Great and fast experience. BOGO days are my favorite days. I order for takeout and the two girls that helped me at the takeout were extremely helpful. I always come back to this BDUBS. I have to redeem my bdubs points !!
