A very unpleasant experience. This store deserves no support at all. Corporate executives should look into improving customer service in this location in Tracy, because the employee here specifically named “Claudia” does not know the concept of “build your own pizza”. Claudia claimed to be the manager but no name tag or business card when requested. I’ve been to different blaze locations as far down to L.A. and never been as disappointed until now!
Place has gone down. When it first opened it was great. Went there this weekend around 4pm and we stood in line and it took them over 30 min to get started on our order. Ridiculous. Longest wait there ever. And they weren't even that busy. Had to keep telling them to put more ingredients since they kept putting on tiny portions. When I paid the lady didn't even say thank you. Just took the money and walked off. Pizzas are still delicious as they have been. BUT they really need to work on their customer service and how they treat their customers if they want to stay in business.
Very unhappy. I ordered on the app and my order was supposed to be ready at 3:53 pm and when i came in to pick up my pizza, the crew had just started to make my pizza. I had ordered it 20 minutes before picking it up. The pizza was poorly put together.
This location is lacking in the customer service arena.I placed an app order at 4pm for a 6pm pickup. As I arrived to pick up my pizza at 6pm, I happened to witness the pizzaiolo drop a pizza as she took it out the oven. As I approached the counter to collect my pizza, I learned that it was my pizza that had been dropped. Instead of informing me that a replacement was being made, the staff rudely said "It wasn't my fault!"Well, it certainly wasn't the customer's fault. The staff rolled her eyes and did not say another word. I then asked another staff to speak with the manager. The manager came out, and I explained what just took place and asked if a replacement pizza was being made.The staff that dropped the pizza should've taken ownership seeing that no one but her dropped the pizza. No one bumped into her, and perhaps she may have lifted incorrectly causing her to lose control & drop the pizza. Either way, she should've taken ownership & simply informed me that another pizza was being made and give an approximate ETA.I shouldn't have to guess what was happening or ask what their next steps were. The Blaze staff at the Tracy, CA location lack customer service.
The pizza is always amazing. Love how you can make your own and love the high rise and regular dough and doesn't take to long for it to cook.
Horrible customer service. Definitely won't be back, pizza is absolute garbage as well. MOD pizza, which is right up the road from here has much better pizza, and provides excellent service.
Fun spot. They have new keto crust which is fantastic. Allows me to eat pizza (which I crave all the time) and not worry.
Great selection for pizza. Vegan and vegetarian options which is cool. Quick service and tasty food.
Love the wide open area to sit with family. Great for a birthday dinner! The best customer service. Always pleased here!
Unfortunately this place closes early than it shows on Google. If the hours could be updated to reflect, it would be helpful. The kids really enjoy the food. They were disappointed when we pull up and discovered they are closed
