It's a 3 stars the way you see the waiters fighting over you, didn't like the feeling at all.The host made us sit in a separate table denying our request of a table saying that the waitress is tired and has too many tables which sounds kinda unprofessional to say, over all the food was great. The drinks are super sweet so be careful of that as well.
Ordered dinner through DoorDash. My boyfriend ordered the fried chicken sandwich, and to his suprise when he bit into it - it wasn’t even cooked, completely raw on the inside. We did get our money back. But still doesn’t justify they don’t check the temperature of the food/meat before it goes out or when it’s cooked. Absolutely disgraceful
Just had a great lunch. Our waiter Chris did an outstanding job and all the food was cooked perfect.
Haven't been to Applebee's in awhile because the food had gotten really bad so we decided to give them another try and nope it was even worse. I had the prime rib dip and was bad I couldn't eat it i mean it was gross. Oh well we tried but absolutely never again.
The only place in Tracy opened late and they served us without rushing us out the door. Because it was late the packed away the salads after we had ordered them but our waiter made up for it with a free appetizer. I've been coming here for years, and it's a place to hangout relax have a bit of food and watch a game. To the people giving bad reviews.... It's Applebee's guys c'mon. You get what you pay for.
Seated quickly. Server brought waters 10 minutes later and took our order. 30 mintues later we got our food and never saw the server again until we paid. No refilling waters. Food sucked. With had salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Potaotes were hard and not edible. Salmon was cold and flavorless. I had the ribs and fries. Fries were beyond cold and ribes were more fat than meat. We were just passing through on a road trip and wondered why Applebee's was empty and surrounding restaurants had a wait. I guess we know now
I had my Birthday party at Applebees, my daughter put it together. I really enjoyed it. I had a blast. I had the crunchy shrimp meal so yummy.
My wife and I were seated, waited for 25 minutes and server never showed. Afterwiating for 25 minutes we got up and walked out, WORST SERVICE EVER. We will never step foot inside the Tracy restaurant.
The bar counter was dirty,it stayed that way for 20 minutes . The chicken in the sandwich was so overcooked,I had to use a steak knife to cut it. Oh yeah.., the service was ..,well ,not good
Hoping this is not a common experience. Service was very poor. Had to ask for silverware and napkins when our food came out. Had to flag down our server to ask for refills on our drinks. I asked for the "Classic Bacon Cheeseburger". I received a Cheeseburger. My son was very disappointed with his dish as it was served cold. Sadly, probably the last time we eat there.
