I had Subway for lunch and was using the tables outside (that were clearly marked Aldos). And, with a smile on her face, a woman poked her head out and asked "will you be joining us for desert?". It was the most professional and respectful way of letting us know we were exercising bad etiquette by using their tables.Im glad she asked us to come in. I was having a tough day and was irritable and upset. The staff was very friendly. I wanted something simple and was offered a dairy-free yogurt. It was exactly what I needed. It tasted just like regular frozen yogurt. I found myself smiling the rest of my work day.Aldos-Im sorry if I came off as rude. Thanks for getting me out of my head today. I will definitely be smiling when I come in from now on. And if not Im sure your amazing crew will find a way to put a smile on my face!
Aldos Italian Ice and Gelato, a family run business, hit it out of the park! They nailed it!! During my visit including my family, we ordered a Dole Soft Serve, Mango Italian Ice, Lemon Cookie Gelato and an Afgogato. Everyone in my family expressed amazement after tasting their delicious choices. As soon as we stepped in line (yep, it is a very popular hot spot, so be prepared to wait a few), we had time to browse the incredible selections and food handling. The areas in and around the business were clean and neat and all servers handled the selections in a sanitary manner. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and polite. My only issue is that we don't have this in my home town. Can't wait for our next visit next week. Until then, TRY IT YOU'LL LIKE IT!!
Their ice cream is good, but unfortunately I believe the owner the older gentleman was rude. Every time I come in to get ice cream or a DoorDash order the owner is not welcoming and kind of tosses my items to me but I don’t see him do it to others when I am there. I sadly started to feel racially profiled and will no longer be coming here.

We like going to this place but i just bought cookielato right now and I see the one of the senior looking staff just literally use his bare hands to scoop out the cookie dough into my cup. Reall unprofessional and very unsanitary and mind you, he was not even being discreet about it. Very disappointed. I am also not one to write reviews but im pretty baffled by this one. I just wish he washed his hands. Oh and then he assists us to the counter after wards without washing hands. Interesting. ???
Just moved to Tracy wanted something sweet and found just as much sweetness from the handmade Gelato as the people that made it.? very unique and delicious flavors with vegan options. Lovely people and environment. Definitely visit of you need your spirits lifted. I'll definitely be back when my sweet tooth starts acting up again?
