Flames. Literally so so good. Total must try. Inside is nice and clean portions are shareable service is great. But the food the food is the winner. Everything was so good. Rice was a little salty but out a few of those pickles on a bite and bam perfection. The broth and karaage chicken was my favorite. Reasonably priced. Spent 20 bucks and shared the combo. Highly recommend to my ramen lovers.
I come to Zabon Ramen restaurant all the time. I came to pick up an order this afternoon. I was told I probably should cancel the order. They already told the last delivery driver to cancel because it was a 20 - 25 mins wait. I was told 10 to 15 minutes it actually took 20 -25 minutes. When I asked to speak to the manager, The gentleman that I was speaking to was very rude. The gentleman asked me why I wanted to speak to a manager and what did I want. Then he went and got his manager Eugene. Eugene said he doesn't care about delivery drivers, you're getting paid so I don't care how long you wait.I recorded the whole conversation with my body cam. It's so sad how people treat people these days! My concern was for my customer I didn't think it was fair to make them wait and take care of everybody in the restaurant first! If you can't fulfill the order why accept it. What if that person needed the food so they can take their medication. What if the person was on the lunch break and wanted to eat before they went back to work. That was very inconsiderate and selfish behavior. Eugene said I don't have to come back there and pick up anymore deliveries. I will not come back to Zabon Ramen restaurant. Eugene was using profanity I did not say one curse word to him I was very professional and calm. I won't patronize this restaurant. Their prejudice we should all treat people the way we want to be treated with respect and be courteous. In closing if you don't like your job find one that you do like, so you can enjoy what you do. Check your cameras owners please today's date is March 29, 2022 At 2:36 p.m I arrived at the restaurant 20 minutes later this conversation occurred. Late night dining. Great side appetizers to go with the delicious and chewy ramen. Just the way I like it.
DELICIOUS!!! My husband introduced me to Zabon and we've been in love with it ever since. My favorites are their Miso Ramen and ultimate favorite is the Cashu Bowl (with extra eel sauce). You can't go wrong here.
First time, waiter not to pleasant. Took our order, left, brought back water and refreshments all halfway full. We had to go get our own straws because when i asked forcthem he said OH YEAH, but never brougjt them. Came brought our food, went away and never saw him again???? Not him or any one else came by to see if we needed more water, if things were ok or anything else. This is not my kind of place to have dinner.
Got the spicy lemon pork bites, and miso ramen.The pork bites were EXTREMELY salty. I had to eat it with the cabbage that it came with, oh my gosh, so salty. Would you guys like some salt with your pork?The miso ramen was underwhelming. Nothing special about this place.However, the servers were nice.
Very satisfying bowl of ramen. The spiciness was probably from mala? A bit overpowering the taste of the broth itself. Could use more topping to balance the flavor.The gyoza was perfect though. A must try if you're ever here.
Authentic ramen from southern Kyushu in Japan! Deep rich pork flavor and everything was prepared perfectly including the tasty kaarage and gyoza. Service was friendly.
I had the vegetarian ramen and took part in the happy hour 5-7pm with an order of gyoza. Draft Sapporo hit the spot at 1.99 a glass (smaller than the 16oz, by 2 oz.), but still worth it. Ramen was nice and hot, but light in flavor. Everything felt well and was a great meal for one.
